Came here expecting the nitrogen experience. Instead it was just scoops of blue bell ice cream. Severely disappointed. Maybe some sort of posted notice this nitrogen ice cream shop no longer does nitrogen ice cream? Server never asked about toppings; had to chase him down the counter to ask for them. Not impressed. Get the rolled ice cream two doors down instead (it was a good experience).
The boba was fine, but the ice cream was just blue bell ice cream. It's extremely misleading and false advertising to claim to be a nitrogen ice cream shop and instead just sell grocery store ice cream for 6 bucks per small scoop.Edit after the owner reply:No you don't have it posted anywhere. If you did, I wouldn't have gone in. I would have gone to the rolled ice cream shop right next door. Maybe it said that at one point, but it didn't last week, and if you aren't going to do nitrogen ice cream anymore, regardless of the reason, you should change your name so you do not mislead people anymore. And I bet you didn't reduce your prices, either, despite no longer offering a premium ice cream.
Very disappointed. Thought we were going to get a show where they make the ice cream with nitrogen in front of you like at other ice cream shops with nitrogen in their name.. Instead watched them scoop ice cream from tubs of blue bell ice cream for the folks in front of us. Blue bell is the ice cream company that had several people die from listeria poisoning a few yrs back I believe. I was going to get 2 scoops ($8) on a freshly made bubble cone (+$4), but bulked at $12 for a 2-scoop cone.... crazy ?. With local sales tax here is near 10% that would be over $13.00. Needless to say I took a pass on a 2 scoop cone.My wife already unfortunately ordered a large boba tea with jellies and was shocked it was $16 and change. Almost $17. Unlike me she is not the type to walk off. While it was what I'd consider to be a extra large drink of like 28oz to 32oz the price was easily twice if not 3x what it should of been.Save a small fortune and take your family to get ice cream somewhere else.
I loved this!!! My bubble tea was so yummy, and the staff were so nice! This drink is a watermelon milk tea with peach boba!
It was good. The cookie dough was better than the peachy peachy. The workers werent the friendliest though.
Amazing bubble tea! We can here everyday while we were in the smokies for the weekend! Definitely a 5 star. The staff were very nice & friendly as well.
Very disappointed. This not NOT nitrogen ice cream! The ice cream is NOT made right in front of you. They have very limited flavors and is served from giant tubs of BLUE BELL ice cream.I was here a year ago and it was honestly the greatest ice cream. It was freshly made in front of you with nitrogen and so creamy with a large variety of flavors. Unfortunately not even remotely close to that now.
Wow…. Probably the worst customer service experience ever. No one knew how to make the ice cream sundaes. They were looking off of a recipe card. We ordered at 6:15 pm and got our ice cream in spurts because they didn’t know who ordered what. Ended up giving one of our sundaes to another customer. My son finally got his ice cream made at 6:45…. This was ridiculous and we will never be back. Not to mention the outrageous price for soft serve sundaes. Spent $40. Managers need to do some serious training with their staff. I would have expected some sort of apology for the extended wait.
Tastes great, but opened late, took forever and staff is very rude.
Stood waiting for someone to come take our order for 10 mins. We even said "Hello" very loudly several times and still no one came. I walked around to the edge of the counter where you pick your order up to find that 2 employees were in the back. After getting their attention they finally came to take our order. By the time we left a total of 4 employees had come out from the back. We ended up waiting a total of 25 mins to get our order.. if my daughter had nit wanted one so badly We would have left. We will never go back back.
