This place needs SHUT DOWN AND ALL NEW STAFF!! When you are verbally assaulted this isn’t right! District manage and corporate manage will be contacted! The two guy so called mangers were rude and very very disrespectful!
Late delivery. Pizza arrived 2 hours after I ordered it. No one answers the phone at this Domino’s Pizza location. Drivers need to know how to use Google Maps.
Way understaffed, super super slow service, rude to customers. George needs to go. Unless you have time to waste don’t bother.
This is worst Dominis I have ever seen, between a lack of employees and incompetent management staff (undoubtedly causing the staffing issues) it is truly staggering! I waited three and a half (3.5) hours for my food without being told ANYTGING about my order status. When I called, the phone rang for eleven (11) full minutes without any answer. When the food finally did arrive it, was completely wrong. Then when I reached out to the GM I was told it was my fault and to "get over it... ... I'm not doing anything for you. This manager will likely be fired soon...
Called and placed order at 8:34 pm. "Ernist" was supposedly checking the order around 9:05 p.m. it was out for delivery at around 9:35 p.m. we waited until 10:00 p.m. didn't get our pizza finally called the store to be told the delivery driver Steve was in route but had other orders to deliver and will be there shortly we watched him on on GPS real-time tracker he passed up our hotel and then finally turned around and brought us our pizza and without apology or anything informed us we were actually at the Inn not the resort even though we put in the exact address given to us by the hotel. and handed my husband the open end of the hot box holder thing out his window or his car to get the pizzas out himself which were a stack of smash boxes my pizza was over an hour and a half late and was already cold it was not worth my $.not my best experience with Domino's I will never call them again should I go on vacation to pigeon forge.
June 5, 2022 (Sunday) at 9:45pm my husband order 1- 14” HandToss Pizza1- 16- Piece Buffalo Wings, the Est Order Ready: 9:57pm, I called at 10:15pm to check the status of our food and this lady answered the phone with a nasty attitude stating that the driver it’s on the way but remind you the Est Order Ready said 9:57pm so at that point I just hung up in her face because of her nasty attitude, but the driver didn’t arrive until 11:20pm, the Pizza Box was Bent in and cold, the wings was short plus cold where to the point we couldn’t even enjoy our food while on vacation with our kids so we left the whole food at the Hotel. Monday morning June 6, 2022 at 10:57am I called but no answer so I call back again at 11:05am and finally spoke with a manager name “Ernest” and as I was making a complaint he said since it’s not the same day than it’s impossible for him to give us a refund so he told me to go online to make a complaint requesting for my refund and I did just that and still no response back and this Sunday June 12, 2022 will be 1 week waiting.
Placed my order at 5:11 pm. Was told 22-37 minute wait. Ok cool with that but at 5:24 the tracker said Ernest was checking my order. At 5:50 I called the store to still be on hold. At 5:52 it left the store. At 6:05 it said it was delivered. At 6:30 as I was getting ready to go get a refund the driver pulled up. He was nice but not happy with a cold cold pizza. As stated I'm still on hold... Would like this made right.
Ordered a medium cheese pizza and a medium pepperoni pizza around 10:30 pm. It said it would be about an hour and a half to be delivered. That’s fine no problem. Called the store after an hour and a half no answer. Order finally gets delivered around 12:45 am. Not even the right order. Called and finally got a hold of a smart mouth who said we could either get a refund or our pizzas which by the way we couldn’t get tonight it’d have to be tomorrow so we just asked for a refund. Will never eat there again.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE!!! The people are absolutely horrible and rude!!!! I called them to place a order and they was super rude to me to the point I had to hang up. Then my husband said he would just go and place a order at the store and they have been absolutely horrible to him. There’s a older woman who is SUPPOSED to be a “ manager “ but she isn’t much of anything at all. We are here on our vacation trying to enjoy and have a nice little pizza dinner with family at our place & they can’t even give us that experience. HORRIBLE customer service, work ethic, & much more. And we have spent over $80 to feed our family and they don’t deserve a DIME of our money!!!! I hope you guys see this and I hope you learn something from it. Treat your customers better. I hope a lot of other people see this so they know to detour away from your store.
Pizza taste good and was hot, I’ll give them that but the customer service was TERRIBLE. The lady on the phone literally raised her voice telling me to get my phone off speaker when it wasn’t, then the delivery guy never even acknowledged me or offered change of my money because he was one the phone. Never even got out of the car. Car smelled like smoke and something…. Weed maybe? What ever it was nasty…. Just horrible horrible service.
