We loved our stay here. It was homey, quiet and comfortable and met all our needs. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Parking is plentiful, the Dollywood shuttle was easy, and there are nice touches such as live music, welcome lemonade. Our bed was comfortable and it was a quiet night. I would look forward to staying here again.

Oh my where do I start! The smiling friendly guy who took all our luggage and stuff on a cart that magically appeared at our room. Quiet clean comfortable rooms. Lovely pools. Fireworks and s'mores at night. Shuttle to parks. Ice cream and coffee and quick food in the cafe. We just had an extraordinary time. Definitely worth the money for us

Dream More was just what we needed… an inviting and happy place to relax and be with our grandchildren in between Ripken Baseball games. the staff was so welcoming and our restaurant server, Tammy, was incredibly personable and accommodating. The premium Valet parking attendants and trolley were a huge plus. The baristas were amazing in the coffee shop, and everything about this resort exuded Dolly’s kind heart, musical talent and style. Highly recommend.

We drove in from Texas and decided to stay at the resort for all the amenities- I’m so glad we did! We loved everything about this property. The rooms are clean. The people are nice. The food is good-with options everyone can enjoy. The shuttle to and from the parks is easy and convenient. The pools, playground and activities kept our 4yr old busy.

We loved our stay at the Dream More Resort! Our poolside family suite was amazing! I loved having the patio and the separate space for our 2 kids. We stayed in room 131 and loved the close proximity to all the amenities. We had so much fun in the pool and the s’mores/dance parties in the evening. A special shout out to Savanna at the Concierge Desk who made our trip to Splash Country even more special. We can’t wait to return someday!

My family and I (6 adults and 7 children in 3 rooms) just returned from a wonderful 5-night stay at the DreamMore. We travel regularly and I can tell you that this resort has some of the cleanest rooms we have ever experienced. Well done housekeeping staff! The reason they get four out of five stars is that they are experiencing staffing and supply chain problems just like everyone else. The lack of staff was most noticeable in the pool and lounge areas where it stayed crowded. I also think the food is crazy over-priced and at least one time we ordered they were out of at least three menu items. The beds are quite firm (Hubby and I like that but my 30-something kids, not so much). The trolleys to and from the parks were awesome as were the free smores nightly poolside. I definitely see us returning in the future.

The hotel itself is very nice. It is set in beautiful surroundings and has a lovely pool. We visited the restaurant for dinner. It was a buffet and it started at 5pm. I'm afraid to say it was very disappointing. The food selection was not great, it was not very warm and was very bland. The chicken was tough as old boots. It was not a proper buffet at all. If you didn't eat chicken you had basically nothing to choose from but ribs and meatloaf. The desserts were nothing to write home about either. Mostly bits of cake on plates. Not a good selection at all. A very poor buffet indeed and it was very expensive.

I recently visited Pigeon Forge for both a baseball tournament and a national dance competition. We stayed at Dollywood resort for the dance competition. It was a very clean beautiful property and the service was incredible. Everyone was incredibly friendly. I wanted to post a review here mainly for the spa service they provided to my daughter. She needed a specific hair style for her dance competition. She needed two dutch braids into a ponytail. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us-including opening the spa early two days in a row, 2.5 hours early at 6:30am. Not only did they open up for us but the hairstyle was the best my daughter has ever received! It lasted throughout both days of competition, even after my daughter had danced all day and swam in the pool. The salon and spa went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful! I highly recommend the salon and spa at Dollywood! I'm confident any hair style we needed would be amazing and the staff and management could not have been nicer.

Don’t Eat Here!! Family and I went to the “Hearth” for breakfast and they sat us under an air conditioner discharge vent. Our food wouldn’t stay warm A&E when I asked about why it was so cold the Server stated that “the staff was hit.” NIT ACCEPTABLE. We usually pay $130 plus gratuity, so I expect a little more than what I can get at Wendy’s or McDonalds…. We won’t eat here again, too many other options around town locally. Disappointing to say the least.!

To start, I'd like to say it was an excellent stay. It deserves 5 out of 5. But, I think there are some things that could be done to make the value a little stronger. We used pretty much every amenity except the spa. We stayed in a family room which had a separate bedroom and room with two bunk beds for kids. We stayed for three nights. For Pigeon Forge, the room was approximately double what you would pay for a similar room on the Parkway - but there is no similar property that would be a fair comparison. It is a 4 star property, and I can't really think of a fair competitor nearby. The stay was excellent, but for the amount paid, some things could be made better. But first, the pros: PROS: 1. The room was very clean 2. The built in value for Dollywood guests (free timesaver passes/preferred parking) 3. The staff were great at every turn 4. The lifeguards at the pool appear excellently trained 5. The Camp DW activities give some added activity for small children 6. They have daily housekeeping 7. The timesaver passes for free adds a lot of value 8. The fact that they have a family room option at all if helpful 9. The concierge/ticket desk is handy to sort things out before arriving at the park 10. The location is great - close to the parks of course, but also not too far from town CONS, or areas for improvement: 1. We felt that overall the food was just not a bright spot, especially when considering the amount paid. The best meal we had was the dinner buffet in the main restaurant. The food was very good, though a salar bar would be nice. more than $100 for two adults and a 4 year old is a bit much, however - so we opted to have dinner there only one night of our three night stay. The quality of that food was excellent, though. The quality of the rest of the food was lacking - the room service, quick service eatery, poolside food was not very good and not worth the premium prices. They do have a nice cocktail menu, but the staff were too busy, and the pool service was very slow. Breakfast in the main restaurant was good - but the prices are all about 20% higher than they should be. 2. While the family suite/room was a nice option, it was a bit small. There was no seating other than the bed and a desk chair. 3. The shuttles to the park run at too low of a frequency. In the morning we waited about 20 minutes, and by the time you stop at the water park, etc., it is about 30 minutes door to door. A similar wait was experienced coming back both days. There is no organization when waiting at the hotel for the shuttle. You line up in the portico while people are also trying to drive through. When returning, there is little to protect you from the sun while you wait. In hindsight, we would just use our car and use preferred parking. With a 4 year old in tow, 30 minutes on each end subtracts a bit from our limited useful time. For adults and teens, probably not a problem and the shuttle is probably fine. 4. The room service menu was generally lacking. Considering how good the good was at the dinner buffet, the options on the room service menu were poor for both dinner and breakfast. Overall, we would not hesitate to come back again if visiting Dollywood. Everything felt about 20% too high, including the room rate (and we had a discounted room as annual pass holders). Some of that just may be the reality of travel right now.
