Fast and friendly service!
One of the best Craker Barrels our family has ever been too in the United States. The candle is lit at your table!! Very clean, well layer out tables and gift shop. I was impressed with the food and service. I have to say this was the first time I felt free to walk around the gift shop without being bothered by staff selling me items. Really beautiful items and layer our very thoughtfully. Dessert is limited but you will most likely be too full to have it anyway, lol. We rocked under the covered porch and it was very relaxing. My only pet peeve is smokers sitting at entrance of resturant. Possibly have an ash tray area on side of building and a sign.

Been to plenty of cracker barrel restaurants and love it. This dining experience was not great.... We loved our waiter! And food came in good time. But when it came we instantly were dissatisfied.We had three biscuits that were, no kidding, overcooked like hockey pucks. And then another that was almost completely raw. Maybe was in the oven for 2 minutes.I have never seen anything like this, and i hate giving it a review like this.My food, and the rest of the tables food all had issues. Overcooked, undercooked, and improper servings according to my understanding.
My daughter and myself had a great experience last night while here. The greeter Kaylie (spelling) who took our name and then sat us when it was our time she was so nice and helpful. James was our waiter and he was amazing. He was very attentive and so nice. We enjoyed speaking with both and so glad we had a fun relaxing moment. The food we got was super tasty and we honestly have no complaints about out time.
The food was great and the whole staff were very friendly and helpful. Keith our server was great! He made sure to clear our table as we finished with things and made sure we never had to ask for a drink. He offered us Mimosas with our breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed. If you are in town this is definitely the place to stop and eat!
Can't go wrong with cracker barrel. Cornbread muffins were incredibly soft, like clouds.
I had all but given up on Cracker Barrel. Let me tell you, this location has restored my love for Cracker Barrel.My family and I were in the area and got Uber eats to deliver our meal.The food arrived hot and delicious.The portions were like Cracker Barrel used to be. Corporate Cracker Barrel should take lessons from this location.Thanks for the great dinner!
I would 110% recommend this Cracker Barrel! Our waiter was Keith and he was AMAZING!! Best service we’ve had in a long time. So much that we came back for a second time before heading back home to OH! The hostess was so friendly along with the Manager! All around great place!
Stop in and ask for Daniella! she is one of the best I recommend her or james they are both good workers very friendly and fast enough for me I went to other Cracker Barrel in pigeon forge but they was slow so we decided to stop at this one and it was definitely the best choice for me because it was definitely worth it I’ll definitely be going back here ty Daniella and james I saw Daniella for breakfast- lunch and james for dinner a few weeks ago I’ll definitely be requesting them next time
