The atmosphere is perfect to share with family or friends, the employees are spectacular and if you talk about the food I have no words to express the delicious taste of all the food. thank you very much to each and every Corky's Ribs& BBQ's employee for our hearts ♥️ and happy bellies ? ?
Some of the best sweet tea I’ve had to drink in Pigeon Forge, but the BBQ food I had was pretty average. Had the pork sandwich with three ribs dry & the pork was dry and the ribs were pretty tough. Prices were fair and made up for it a bit.
Stop there for a family of five. Spent 100 bucks. I got a combo three. There was half a pound of fat on the beef brisket. The turkey was barely edible. The barbecue was just edible. Four out of five meals ordered everyone said were almost not edible. Don’t do it!
My husband and I stopped in for a snack—we wanted to tryTennessee bbq wings so went to corky’s which had good reviews. We were very disappointed. Their home sauce had no taste—neither sweet or tangy or spicy—no taste. We asked for celery and ranch dressing. No celery. After eating I asked for the wet wipes to clean my hands. No wipes. What wing place does not have celery or wipes for your hands. Very disappointed in food and customer support.
The restaurant was short staffed and got a rush of customers. However, despite being very busy our server was great and our food arrived in a timely manner. My pork sandwich was really good but the ribs were just ok.
The service was great and fast. I order half rib and after you pull back the first layer that was somewhat burn that's when you see a layer of gel fat. The rib had chunk of bones on the outside, must not been clean well before cooking. They need to turn down the heat and cook an extra hour or two. The $4 salad was a soup bowl, I had a salad somewhere else 2 night's ago in a bowl 3 time's bigger with chicken for $4.
We were the only ones there at 1:30 and thought maybe it was going to be bad. We had a pleasant server but she didn't know much about the menu. I asked her what kind of sausage they have and she said "it's very long, and it's round." When I asked if it was pork or beef, or jalapeno, she had no idea. I had the 2 meat plate wit brisket and sausage. Brisket was very good but sausage was bland and dull. Beans and slaw were good. Wife had ribs which were delicous. Sides were good, also. If you stick to brisket and ribs you can't go wrong here. Prices were a bit steep but it is in a tourist area.
Great meal! Our waiter was very friendly. We were there when things were slow and our food came out in probably less than 10 minutes and was so good!
Great BBQ for a reasonable price. Good brisket, catfish, fried okra, jalapeño hush puppies, and fried pickles
Good service. Because it was convenient we ate here twice. The food in the dining room was not as good as the drive thru. There was a special platter price available only at drive thru.and the food seemed better, but am sure it was the same.
