Went to cici's like after 5 years on a Saturday evening and it was great! The only difference is their buffet price person has gone up, kinda expected with the inflation but food quality was still the same. Yummy chicken soup, good selection of pizzas and great deserts. The staff was really nice too, especially the guy at the cashier kiosk and the lady behind the pizza counter. They were so warm and even took custom pizza requests. We ate like crazy, loved it!
My family and I came here this week because we received a coupon for a lunch special - $3.99 per person! When we arrived, it was almost completely empty and no one greeted us or said hello. I walked up to the lady at the counter who was kind of reserved, and mentioned that I had a coupon. I showed her the coupon and she told me it had expired. I double checked the date and it lasted until the following day. After I showed her the coupon was still valid, she stumbled over her words and eventually told me they wouldn't accept the coupon. I asked why and she said that her manager had told her to say that. I asked her if she knew of any locations nearby that would honor the coupon and she didn't say anything. We ended up paying full price but it was very disappointing to say the least! I feel like she could've been a little friendlier and like the location just didn't want to honor the deal.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Terrible customer service. We were missing a pizza and they refused to acknowledge that we didn’t get it. Don’t worry, though…. they remembered making it because it “looked funny”. Sounds appetizing, right? Maybe it’s best we didn’t get it if the employees held such high regard for it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Terrible. Literally go ANYWHERE else. There are so many pizza places in the area with exceptional customer service that DESERVE your business. This place does NOT deserve ANY business.
Literally gave my husband food poisoning on our trip here. He was so sick. They either didn’t cook the food right or don’t know how to wash their hands. Other than that the cashier lady with blonde hair was nice to us.
We always enjoy CiCi's, but don't get to go often due to the limited number of locations. The manager declined making a custom pizza (cheeseburger) for us, even though they had the ingredients to do so. One star deducted for that. The pizza, salad, pasta, and desserts that were available were good. This is a good, inexpensive dining option for the entire family
Great place. All you can eat pizza, pasta and salad. Plus free refills on drinks. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I miss CiCi’s in Johnson City. This is a really great place to take your kids. The store was very clean as well.
They were very busy when we got there and the pizza was not as well stocked as we would have liked. but that changed quickly, they did a great job at keeping the bar stocked after a few minutes. staff was quick to accommodate and make the special request pizzas.
Loved Ci Ci's pizza buffet since I first discovered them. Pizza was hot, very busy at the time, but plenty of choices for everyone. Staff was friendly and cleanly. Custom request was out in five minutes as promised. Salad bar was well stocked along with pasta bar. Fan favorite, will return.
Today March 25 2022 What a cluster of choas today, no pizzas, dirty and rude managers. What a disappointment today's meal was... I won't be back.
