It would have been a 5 if they actually had the sides we requested only to find out they didn't so we had to choose others. Besides that, they were understaffed, however, the gentleman who served us was very friendly and did the very best he could to suit us and did very well at it, so thank God for good staff. Would definitely eat here again. Portions were large and good and reasonably priced.

Absolutely delicious meal! The glazed croissants brought out before the meal tasted as of they were fresh out of France. The Caesar salads were superb. The sweet tea tastes like true southern sweet tea--not too sweet, not too iced. Recommendations: lemon pepper chicken, chicken pot pie, blackened grilled fish. Friendly, hardworking staff! Give them a try!

Came here for dinner while vacationing from Florida. Love Cheddar's and the food here was delicious as usual. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that they were out of Mule cocktails which I found odd and the service was a little slow...but no big deal. Other than that the staff was super friendly and the food was great.

Great ambiance and amazing food. The fresh baked croissants just melted in the mouth. Chicken sandwich was good and pasta was delicious. The broccoli cheese casserole was scrumptious. Keep up the good work! Service could be a little better.

I’m impressed! I hadn’t had Cheddars in a long time and am glad I tried it again. There is a lot to choose from. For starters, the cheese curds are great. I love the ranch dressing that they pair with. As my meal, I got the No. 8 Special Chicken Tender Platter with honey hot dressing, a salad, and a loaded baked potato. It was A LOT of food and I did NOT manage to eat it all (but it heated up nicely for leftovers). The salads here are great! Again, I love their dressing. The No. 8 Special was really really tasty, but also messy. The honey hot dressing was sweet with just the right amount of spice. The loaded baked potato was great as well!Check this place out if you’re in the Pigeon Forge area! You won’t be disappointed.

Had a 40minute wait but the restaruant was not that busy. I'm assuming the wait was due to staffing. Food was decent. Steak was seasoned and cooked properly. Ribs were quite fatty and the only real flavor was in the sauce, which there was not a lot of.

Great food and hot!! The waiter, Mark was a great example of how a waiter / waitress should be. He was polite and to the point. Refills without asking and offered Ranch for fries. He would randomly pass by and ask if we needed anything. It was a great choice for date night!!

Horrible… was seated & waited 25 minutes for anyone to even come to the table. That should have been the sign to leave but we ordered. Sweet tea was NOT SWEET AT ALL & bitter. Burger ordered well done & it was RAW!! Not pink it was raw!! Mashed potato’s where gummy & crusted to the side of the bowl like they have been reheated more then a few times. Yuck! Lemon chicken was hard and the rice was way over cooked. Not good at all! Left hungry it was so bad & inedible! Waste of money!!!!

It was a decent late night dinner experience! The lemon pepper chicken was great and my husband had no complaints about his ribs and coconut shrimp. The chocolate cake slice was HUGE and my only complaint was that I couldn't finish!.

The rolls were good! Then came everything else. Seated and 10 minutes later got our drinks. Yeah 10 minutes after ordering them. Then we got to order our food. Then we got to wait 45 minutes until our waitress came back. I asked if the food was coming and she said yes and walked away. I was planning on asking her if she would just box it for us and we could go. (We had just come in from a long day of travel and myself, my husband, and my daughter were exhausted) She walked away without letting me say a word. She brought back our dinner a few minutes later. The plates were very hot and the food was very cold. And crusty. But not in a good way. She took mine back to the kitchen to refire, but my daughter was beginning to lose her mind. We needed to leave. We couldn't get her attention, so I told my husband to pay on the little game thingy at the table and we could just go. We had already tried to tell her to just cancel the order so she tried to stop us to say that she hadn't taken the meal off the bill. At that point we did not care. We wished her a very good night and left. Sorry, not an experience I will every repeat.
