Thought I should let you all know I had a family of five on vacation in pigeon forge...fyi 'm from Kentucky I went to Denny's and also ordered Domino's and never received the fast friendly service that I received with you guys! my food was hot it was fresh it was on point!! Everybody was friendly it didn't take us but a few minutes to receive what I ordered and it was correct!!!?Hard to get that anywhere any more? Should I go back to pigeon forge I will definitely be revisiting Burger King!!! Should you be in Pidgeon Forge anytime I highly recommend visiting this Burger King!!!I love y'all!! You got your job down pat and do it right!!!
Cashier just barely spoke English I food tasted as if it was fixed the day before and just kept under a sun lamp very very disappointed I'm glad this is the only Burger King I've ever been to that I've been disgusted with
The lobby was closed. The drive tru was perfect. Order taking was spot on. The service was nice. The food was hot and quick. It is an easy in and out process here.
They are short on help but they are quick on getting you thur the line wanted to go in and eat but the inside was closed but they are friendly even though they are short on help go give them a try
Was supposed to get a chicken croissant and they gave me a chicken biscuit. Forgot my kids drinks altogether. They need better training.
Food was good and service was fast. Dining area was a little messy though.
Ummm, it's Burger King ?♂️?♂️?♂️ ... fast food when you are starving and don't want to cook or wait in long lines in a tourist town.
Online hours say their open till 11. Pulled into the drive at 7:52 and were told they have a limited menu because they close at 8 and would not be making more food tonight. Could be a prime location to put a real burger joint.
