On 5/15 at 10am my family and I went to this Burger King after a FANTABULOUS WEEKEND VACATION in the mountains!!!! We were on our way back home and stopped for breakfast and was approached at an unlocked door and was told that the lobby was closed (but there were people already sitting in the lobby) so my son got in the drive through line while we sat in the parking lot waiting on him. To my surprise everyone one after we were told that the lobby was closed were let in with out an issue, so instead of going in to question the manager about it I called and was told that the lobby doesn’t open until 11, I stated that if the lobby doesn’t open until why are there people in there that’s when she said “I only have 3 employees working” which I still don’t understand what that has to do with why we were told the lobby was closed when it wasn’t ? could it have been because “we are BLACK” because everyone that entered the establishment after that was, let me just say they were not of color. Almost made a FANTABULOUS WEEKEND ? BAD!!!!
We went through the drive through morning of 4/1 and they handed us the wrong order. I had my hands in the bag and touched and actually pulled out one of the items when I realized it was the wrong order. My husband took the bag of food back in and told them it was wrong and they took it straight from his hand and handed it right out the window to the next vehicle?. I called and talked to the manager and explained what happened and she said they threw it in the trash when we know 100% they didn't. This place does not practice sanitary food practices and tries to cover it up when someone see it.
Was light headed needed to eat low blood sugar. Burger was dry and cold...only recommend if your about to pass out. Sorry I never leave bad reviews but the food was terrible. The girl at the window was sweet as honey tho!
I'm leaving a one star, just because I have to. I have the burger King app, and it uses your location to bring up the deals. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY DEALS!!! so our $5 deal turned into $10, literally double the price. There are no signs stating they don't take the deals, even though their location brings them up...... I am local, and there are many, MANY other resturants that DO HONOR their deals!! Choose McDonald's or Hardee's instead!!
There breakfast 2 for $4 crusont sausage and eggs n cheese is great.
My boyfriend and I ate here around 7:30 pm. We ordered through the drive thru. The lady taking the order was super nice and got what we ordered right. The woman at the first window was kinda rude. She just could've been more happier lol. The girl at the second window was nice and we got everything we ordered and food was really good.
We frequent this location in the mornings. This AM crew 7 days a week is outstanding. I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Food is consistent, fresh for fast. The employees are sincere and kind. Best crew I’ve seen in a long time. Good job y’all

I'm not sure if it's the times we live, in or whatI really hate ..... Is it that cheap fast food isn't that good...but as a repeat offender( regular customer) I still call and let someone know that my breakfast pancakes were un edible....but thanks for not giving me the blues when I asked for extra syrup...lol
Hadn't had bk since I was a kid cuz it kind of got a bad rep over the years but their spicy chicken sandwich is fire, fresh af every time.
