Great food for everyone! Great taste
What a discrace to the bojangles name. Every time I go it seems like the same 2 employees smoke their cigarettes at the door. Nothing new. Every time the door was opened smoke and ashes came billowing in. The manager should be fired as well as them. While their smoking the manager sat right at the counter. Bojangles should remove this franchise and they can rename it maybe Smokey’s. What a discrace. Tables were nasty trash bin overflowed
First time trying Bojangles. Wife and I are from Fort Worth and we don’t have any Bojangles there. She got a chicken salad and a chicken sandwich, I got a 5pc tender combo. All the food was really good, fries and chicken seasoned great. Can’t wait for them to expand into Texas soon. All the employees were extremely friendly. We both felt like we got a great amount of food for the $25 spent
Just wanted to say that the manager Kristen that was on duty today(5/18/22) when I got my replacement combos. She was great when I called to let her know I'd be getting it today and was very nice when my husband went and got them. Just wanted to say y'all have a great manager. Probably one of the best ones I've dealt with after having issues. And the fact she was in the middle of doing truck and not getting an attitude o anything with having to stop and take care of us. We need more manager's out here like that especially in the restaurant business. Thank you Kristen for your southern hospitality!
James is very unprofessional, extremely rude,and very unhelpful. Chicken and chicken tender was old God knows how long they been out. Only thing we got fresh was spicy tenders due to they were out on the line. There boss must have call about another complaint that they discussed openly while customers were inside trying to eat! Which who ever Bella is she needs to replace her night crew or train them on how to handle customers and employees poor cashier was trying her best to help us!! They was so rude I couldn't wait to write this review! I praise her for trying!! I don't advise nobody to stop at this place until they get better customers service!! So Bella reads this take a wild guess on how I know your name and a customers called in about waiting in drive thru line for over 30mins me being a boss they took more pride in that then service. So unprofessional!! I need corporate number!!!
The food was good but I witnessed something that should not have happened by a staff member. The cashier, Gary, alone at the front was taking orders and filling them as well. After he took our order he began filling several orders of the others before us. A lady came and took the order of a man after us but then we never saw her again. While the orders were being filled the cook got upset with Gary and began fussing at him. I'm not sure why she was so upset. He continued to fill the orders and she came out to the front slamming pans down on the counter still fussing. This was in front ofleast 10 of us standing there waiting for our orders. A large group came in and left after waiting for awhile. I commend Gary for continuing to politely serve the customers and not letting what happened get to him. I don't know the name of the cook, but as a retired retail manager, I feel her behavior should be addressed with her. I understand that it is hard to find people to work but if you want to keep good help you should treat them with respect.
Why is the restaurant open in the morning but the drive-thru isn't? People are in a hurry trying to get to work and aren't going to take the time to go inside. I've been wanting breakfast from there for a long time but do not have the time to go inside.
The food was good, the fries had a little too much seasoning. The chicken sandwich was good, even with the sauce. The employees were not super quick in getting the order, so by the time the sandwiches came out the fries were not as hot. Employees were nice, but with my 1st time visiting I am not sure if I will rush back.
Service was terrible. Waited 15 minutes to get my order taken inside with no line. Employees just stood around, said they were not making more bo-berry biscuits when it was 11am and did not care that the dine in sweet tea, straws and lids were all empty. Do not recommend this location in Pigeon Forge.
Everything I go to this location I always have to check to see if all of my order is in the bag also have to make sure my sandwiches are correct. My order is the same every time I go. My steak and egg biscuits NEVER have egg on them. I have to either a call and complain or b turn around and have them correct it. I literally watches the man on the table this morning thru the window read the monitor and still didn't put the egg on my biscuits. I had to hollar through the drive thru window and tell them they yet again forgot to put the eggs on the steak and EGG biscuits. Read the dang monitor that's what it's there for.
