Very degrading and offensive music playing. Several people left. Cursing and expletive language.
This location is so wishy-washy, I always dread when my kids ask for pretzels. They advertise things they don’t have, they offer coupons but nowhere on the coupons does it say it has to be printed off in order to use it so if it isn’t printed, they won’t let you use it. No refills because of Covid but no one wears masks or distances themselves from one another. The staff seems pretty proud to let customers know of these inconveniences.
Asked for an original pretzel, no salt and was told I could just have a regular one and pick all the salt off myself. Then ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel. The worker went through all of them then handed me one, threw the rest away and told her coworker they were all hard. He replied "they're probably from yesterday" 1. Why did you give me one if they were so hard they needed to be thrown away. 2. This was at about 7 pm so anything from the previous day should have been thrown away long ago. Also ordered center of the roll from the cinnabon side for a family member which is known for being soft, it was extremely hard and inedible and had to be thrown away. I have never had this experience at an auntie annes nor Cinnabon and will not be returning to this location.
the line took forever and i was only the 5th person in line and they didn't have what i waited 30 min in line for so i had to settle. the food and drink was good though. the staff was not the friendliest.
We purchased a 18 pack pre boxed Cinnabon.When we got in the car and left we found that they were not fresh and had a hard crusty exterior. Won't be vackVery cold
It would be nice for stores to reflect the correct hours. Your web site said open till 11pm on Dec 5th but the store was closed.
The Cinnabon is always a must do. Cinnamon rolls that are totally delicious. Different flavors and they are so very big. You get your money's worth at Cinnabon.
The staff was very rude and prejudiced. I will never ever go to that Annie Anns again. The lady that was there 11/21/21 and the lil boy that was there 11/21/21 was very rude.
It was ok. They could have made fresher pretzels, but it was a quick snack so i guess you get what you pay for.
Quick service and the staff was pleasant. The hiccup is in the details. Even though the menu board advertised cookies, I was informed their location does not have them. They also don’t take coupons, and the rewards have to be manually submitted. We ordered pizza pretzels and hot salsa cheese dip. The dip was perfect. Love how spicy it is. The pretzels where not that great. They seemed….stale and lifeless. They were soft but not in a good way, and they lacked the spicy punch we normally get from AA’s pepperoni pretzels. Overall it was an “ok” experience. Would have hoped they would have better quality control being it’s at a high traffic tourist area rather than the normal mall or airport locations.
