Go to Wendy's and save yourself the trouble. Waited in line at drive through for an hour with only a few other vehicles around. Ridiculous, poorly managed obviously. They sure don't care if they sell you any food or not. Won't be back. It's also sad after reading all the bad reviews the owner has responded to every bad review with the same lame comments. If you don't care anymore close it.
Not the fault of workers there,but they were understaffed, where fighting between each other because of how busy they were in the evening. Cashier taking orders was crying while taking your order. Honestly that's how i felt because i had to visit this place. Also, we didn't enjoy the food, didn't taste good and it was cold what we got. Try some other place folks.
We waited for 10 minutes at the drive thru ordering window before someone talked to us. We asked for our receipt and the guy laughed at us saying the machine hadn't worked in over 3 weeks. We waited another 25 minutes for our food to be brought out to us and it was cold and missing items.
SIMPLY AWFUL. After an exciting night at the Island, we decided to head to Arby's for some lovely late night dining. Drive-thru dining, rather. We got in line with a few cars in front of us, and cars were barely inching forward. We tried leaving, but we were trapped between cars. After ordering with a rather hostile employee, we waited a whopping 37 MINUTES!!! RIDICULOUS. After receiving our food, we discovered that our simple order of 4 things was wrecked and our order was not met. We were missing half our food, payed full price for it all, and received NO RECIEPT! For a tourist town, you'd think local restaurants would be more tourist friendly!!!Skip this stop, go to Little Caesars or something instead.
My all time favorite drive thru place to get food. You can also eat inside. The food is always good my orders and always correct the only concerning thing about this place is the employees. I've been there a few times and the employees are bickering to one another. I had a girl at the drive thru window literally yell at a co worker about how they were speaking to her or having an attitude with her and told her she wasnt the one and to watch how the other girl was talking to her all while the window is open and Im sitting right there waiting on my food. Then she proceeds to complain to her manager about needing a smoke break to which I assume was told no because they were busy and she complains about the other girl going 3 times already and then the manager snapping back that he didn't have to let her take a smoke break . And then one instance I had to go inside and wait on a order a different manager I'm assuming yelled into the back to the cashier that they needed her up front and when the girl came up there you could see her tell the manager she didnt want to be up there to which the manager snapped back at her I guess she didn't hear her but you could just cut the tension with a knife between these employees. It makes it a little uncomfortable but it won't stop me from going. Back here lol
We sat in line for 20 minutes. I got out of the car and went inside to order because the door was open and the website says that you do not close until 12 AM. They would not take my order. There were several girls standing up for talking and the drive-through line backed up all the way around the building to the road.
It's exactly what I wanted.Good sandwich, awesome curly fries and quick.The team taking orders was engaged, had a personality and got my order right .I keep going here as it's tasty and quick.
Quick. Clean restrooms. Friendly Staff. Wendy's across the yard needs to sit up and take notice. As the 8 yr old says, Cowboy place rocks.
The roast beef was very hard and chewy. The wait was horrible. The lady in the window was only taking one order at a time and waited until she had that order out of the window before taking another one.
This food was so cold and nasty after sitting in line 25 plus minutes. Tenders were so hard you couldn't bite them. Look like food had been sitting for hours Was missing stuff. Will never eat there again.
