Ordered chili got home and all I had was tomato juice.. Second time this has happened. Not again..
Great service, just need more hel.Sad to say some people are just to lazy to work these days.To many depend on free checks from the government, they don't think about when it's going to be their turn to retire.The government is already claiming to be broke because they give help to those who act like they are disabled.God helps those who help themselves.
I’m still giving you a 5 because the workers that actually showed up today and still had smile on their faces deserve a raise. I waited close to 30 minutes in the drive thru for my food. When I got up to the window I warned one of your workers that two other cars pulled off behind me (I did not want them to spend time making extra food that would end up wasted) because of the wait and I asked why the wait was so long. I was told only 2 of your workers showed up to work. That is absolutely beyond ridiculous!!! Please treat your workers with some respect. If you don’t have enough coverage to maintain a steady flow and not over work your employees than close your business for the day or close early! 2 employees is not enough people to run a fast food restaurant! If wendys can’t close you should call other local Wendy’s to see if anybody wants to make money and pick up an extra shift!
Good food and very clean restaurant. They have a dedicated dining room cleaner who was extremely efficient.
DO NOT EAT HERE! Food poisoning! My wife and I ate there last night and the food tasted great, however 8 hrs later it started coming out both ends and has been for hrs. It's the only meal we shared together so we know it came from Wendy's. The kids are not sick and they also did not eat Wendy's. Do not eat here!
Absolutely the worst food and service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I was in the area and navigated with coworkers to the nearest Wendy's, since generally they're pretty reliable.My hamburger tasted terrible and felt like fake meat. It was far too crumbly for a normal hamburger. It was tasteless. The bread was stale. The bacon on the sandwich felt and tasted like a big piece of a flat, synthetic bacon bit. It was bright red, too. Sure didn't taste like bacon. The sandwich was soggy, like it had sat for a while and was microwaved. Whatever happened with that, it was awful. I have had that same sandwich before at other locations and those were great. I have no explanation for what I got. The fries in my combo were also missing. I didn't have time to go back due to work.Th Dr. Pepper I ordered was watered down. It had so much ice and water...there was almost no Dr. Pepper flavor at all. Just a flat, diluted after-taste of Dr. Pepper.I couldn't even finish the meal. I ended up going back to work, still hungry. I paid over $12 for this. I would have done better just eating nothing and not having spent the $12 just to be grossed out.Also, the dining room was closed. However, none of the staff in there were wearing masks. I don't care if they were wearing masks, or not, but why are you closing the dining room due to "Covid", when you aren't even wearing masks. What a joke.
Got to say, the woman behind the counter on the day shift at Wendy's is in the top 5 of nicest service employees ever!
Finally got to try breakfast here and it was delicious! Normally, I wouldn't say 'delicious' about any fast food restaurant, but the biscuits were especially good (tasted home made) and the seasoned fries were hot and superbly great! The staff was very nice and we had a great drive-through visit and will recommend and return for more!Thank you Wendy's of Oak Ridge!!!
It's a typical Wendy's, however they are usually pretty quick to get you through the drive-thru.Don't recall ever having an order that was wrong either.
I've never had Wendy's breakfast so I thought I would try it this morning. The young lady at the drive-through was extremely Pleasant and so very kind the receipt says her name was Destiny. So that part of the experience was great but then I didn't to my sandwich and I ordered two sausage egg and swiss and I got two bacon egg and swiss and the wrapper even said sausage so be sure to check your order before you pull out. I did not and it just wasn't worth driving back for.
