Do yourself a favor and skip this location. The last 4-5 times I’ve ordered multiple items were left out of my order… and if you want to go back and get them good luck. Typically in the evenings the drive thru wait is 20+ minutes even with very few cars waiting. So you could end up spending over 40 minutes just trying to get your correct order. Not to mention if you don’t want to or can’t go back, Taco Bell guest services never responds or refunds orders.
At 3:30 pm, on a scorching 90 degree Tuesday in June 2022, this Yucko Bell's dining room was locked and closed, while their drive thru was backed up all the way into the neighboring parking lot! Obviously it is not because of the pandemic that they are closed at mid day in 2022! They are just cutting services to the customers and neglecting the environment so they can cut back on payroll. Taco bell's drive thru is typically slower than McD's because McD's have 2 lanes, whereas Slacko Bells only have 1. Now that many Slacko Bells think they can go to drive thru only service, despite the fact most Americans are fully vaccinated, expect that you can wait 45 minutes in 90 degree heat, just to get bottom of the barrel in quality food that Yucko Bell has always been known for.
This is quite literally the SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. When you go through the drive thru, they don’t even let more than one car go through at a time as in you have to wait for the person at the window to get their order before they start asking you what you want at the speaker. If I lived closer to the one in Kingston I’d go there instead. It’s ten times faster and that is not an exaggeration.
Ok I get everyone is short handed and over worked and I usually don't have problems here but I stopped by tonight and was very disappointed ordered 3 taco supreme only got 3 reg tacos also ordered the 5 dollar meal and did not get my taco I would have gone back but lobby was closed and didn't want to wait in dt line again cause they were busy and dt was taking a while I'm sure understaffed like everyone else waits I can deal with but I would say least like to get what I ordered
Dine in self service only. Because customer service isnt a thing anymore ?? Yet they will take your order at drive through...
amazing fast service. wanna say thanks definitely not turning away my business when the other location just didn't want to put the effort you guys did.
Went inside thinking it would be faster ? but it was slower inside than the drive thru. I didnt really like the fact that employees off the clock in civilian clothes were running back and forth from behind the counter to outside. Dont think thats very professional even if they are fast food. I only ordered 3 soft taco supremes but waited almost 30 mins... Unacceptable for sure
This would be a great place if they knew what no tomato was! EVERY SINGLE TIME I order my tacos with no tomato they repeat it to me and it says no tomato on the screen and every single time I get home and there are tomatoes falling out of the wrapper. Can you guys please get it together?

Night shift employee was very rude to me through Drive-through google here said they were open untill 1am and I came through at 12:20 and when I said google said it doesn’t close untill one the man said too bad and go home. I have no problem with day time but night time people are rude
