Worst experience at Subway that i’ve ever had. i came in on 3/10/2022 to order 2 sandwiches. i drove through that drive thru at 9pm and they told me that it was closed with MAJOR attitude. I went to order a specific bread and was unsure of how it was said so i mispronounced it and they continued to laugh. I was also unsure of how the philly cheese steak melt worked so i asked her to toast it and she said “well… of course… that’s how it comes of course….” i like lots of pickles and lots of other things and it felt like she was too entitled to even put the ingredients on my sub. like it was an inconvenience to HER that i wanted my sub the way i wanted it.. I felt so pressured and made fun of the entire time. It was 2 girls in there one older and one younger, both giggling and laughing with each other with each request i made. i am very disappointed as Subway is one of my favorite places to eat. i understand that work is never fun, but i was completely pleasant and just trying to get my sub and go, no need for any attitude or rudeness.
Came by at 9:40, online and signs on window say they close at 10:30. lights were on but they said they were closed? seeing reviews tells me this is a recurring thing. if you’re closing early you should put cones out and signs. i work food service, it’s not that hard.
This girl named Zoey was really sweet and helpful but her co worker was very rude and Nasty of rating Zoey ot would be 5 stats but with other chick no...
Soooo good, I wish I knew the beautiful girls name that made my sandwich. Dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow at least. Big hugs baby girl. Oh so good.
The new drive thru is ridiculous, won't let you order if someone just ordered, will not be back. .... New changes are NOT good ones ! Try again !
Went here this evening to see what wife has been going on about. Your order screen is not in a good location. You need to put window down. Open car door and lean half way out to reach screen . Not exactly safe.. especially when I don’t think it’s a safe looking area . Very dangerous.. love my subs too but never ordered reversed back and left.. it’s not exactly convenient.. this thing needs moved..
First time ever seen drive-thru! It was rather difficult to navigate since there are SO many choices to make at Subway. Took longer than usual due to that (walk in part of the store wasn't open for business) and still had to clear up some confusion when we got to the pay window. Don't think drive-thru is a good idea for Subway, though we were glad at least that was available at the time we wanted it.
Staff was very nice and took good care of us. The sandwiches were yummy ?
The new electronic menu board at the drive-thru is terrible, let alone inconvenient and an infection risk during the pandemic. I attempted to place an order at 6pm one weekday evening. No one was in line except me. There was only one other car in parking lot. I had to get out of my car in the rain to reach the assist button or menu board, lest I risk curbing my wheels to pull closer. The menu board touch screen would not respond, but I was still told by the employee to scroll up and down the menu anyway. After waiting a minute or two with no further assistance or response from the employee, I decided it must be too much trouble for her to assist a customer or take an order. I left and won't be back.
The drive thru menu board they have now is horrible. Didn’t work and no one would help me place my order never be back . .
