I ordered a drink and not even 10 minutes after I ordered it I spilled it all over my vehicle and I went back. I just happen to mention it to whoever was working at Starbucks that I had just came through there and I'd spilled my drink so I had to buy another one and they just made it for me and gave it to me for free it was very unexpected but very much appreciated.
I go here often, at least once every other day, and I've never run into a single rude employee. Even when they seem like they're not having the greatest day, they're still very polite. Well, I went through the drive thru today, and an employee named Kirsten, was over-the-top friendly, very kind, and very easy to talk with. All these I feel are perfectly good reasons to leave a 5 star review. Thank you Kirsten for your excellent customer service.?
If you’ve been to Starbucks before, you usually know what to expect with the drinks and food. What makes each location different is the service you receive. With that said, this one in particular has great customer service at the drive thru, especially compared to the stores in Knoxville.
This is the second Saturday I visited the oak ridge location. My mocha was once again half full after the whipped topping was taken off the top. Pitiful Thanks Vanessa
I'm sorry for ordering six drinks, guys. Thank you for getting me out in less than ten minutes while y'all also had people in the drive thru. They were delicious, and the recommendation from the barista was spot on.
I am always at this location lol. I’ve never had any problems here! Staff is great at what they do!
I literally DREAD going to the location. It’s the only one in the city that isn’t inside a grocery store, so it’s the only one I can do my online order at. They never have anything!!! They are ALWAYS out of soooo many things. From food, beverage options, and utensils. Everry now and then is understandable, but It seems as if every other time I try to place an order something out. They also literally get my drink wrong 2 out of 5 times I go and will really argue with you that it’s made orrectly. I order the exact same thing each time. And it’s amazing how when it’s remade, not only is it not even the same color as the one before, but it also doesn’t taste like the one before. Needless to say this location is very ghetto. The worst one in the history of Starbucks. The one inside Kroger down the road is great however. It’s just helpful for me to do my order online with my busy schedule. That’s literally the ONLY reason this location gets any business from me.
i visit this place daily & even on the busiest days they still are so nice & kind. that can go a long way in someone's day & I just want you to know I see it & appreciate it!thank you for always making some bomb a$$ coffee!
Coffee was perfectly done and we each had a breakfast sandwich, which were surprisingly good too!!!
I asked for my NORMAL- a white chocolate mocha frappuccino with no whip. Every time I go, they’re out of white chocolate. Annoying. I get you’re a business and you sell stuff and run out but you shouldn’t be out of something every time. The lady did offer me something similar. I accepted the drink she offered and asked no whip cream. Waited in line for 10 minutes after ordering, just for my drink to have damn whip cream and sprinkles added. I mean make the drink how I ask. That’s what you’re paid for.
