Very clean! Buffet was fresh,well attended and very clean! We came at 3:30. They were not busy at all, and yet everything on the buffet was good & fresh from the kitchen! Our server was attentive and friendly. We will bring our family here for breakfast buffet in the morning !
Not enough choices placed out on the buffett. Some containers where empty. Salad was badly whilted. Not clean, staff seemed aggravated or bothered by having to be there. Was there attending a meeting was very disappointed.
Food was good but the pricing is outrageous now. $11 for a salad bar. $7 for a kids bar when there’s no way a kid will eat $7 worth. I spent more at Shoney’s than I do at Applebee’s.
Went to buffet, they were going from breakfast to lunch so a bit of transition going on. Food was good, only had small plates, cause we wanted breakfast, so it was very pricey for us, since the selection wasn't what we wanted. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
The staff wasn't very friendly but I guess that's just "coustmer service" these days, the food was hot and fresh on the buffet that's a plus
I ordered the buffet , and everything was delicious. The waitress brought me a new drink when my drink was half full.
This shoney's is worth visiting. Clean, great fresh food and a very customer oriented staff. My son lives in oak ridge. And this was my third visit to this shoney's and I plan on visiting it again.

Waitress was hard working and sweet but that’s about all I can say positive! No spoon for soup but when you look at the soup selection it looks like it’s been sitting my out all day! The lady working the food bar doesn’t take any pride in her work at all! She looks miserable! Touches everything and seen her luck her fingers! Food bar is nasty, food dropped all around, and not very eye appealing! I know it’s hard to find workers but I rather be short handed then have someone with poor work ethics and not clean! All the waitresses was working extremely hard but if food bar is your focus point it needs to be filled, clean and variety of eyes appealing food! Also was over charged! Be hard for me to go back!
Gross, sorry guys, so dirty, menus were dirty the floor was dirty, the breakfast buffet looked like it belonged in a (something bad). Waitresses were sweet and deserve a better environment to work in.
