Regularly ordered delivery to hospital. so this went through store website & they assigned a delivery company to my order. They took pymt OK then no food came. Call store cancelled. Mgr says call deliverer. That's o.com who have no contact info & won't accept responsibility. Must call store. So I'm out of $$, no meal, going to bonefish from now on. it's a racket!!!

My wife and I both got the pick-2 build-your-own with Walt's Fried Shrimp and Shrimp Scampi. It's been a while since we've been here, and this time the shrimp in the scampi seemed much bigger than they used to be. We also had a Cesar Salad and a couple of servings of the Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and they were delicious as always. The server was attentive and the food came quickly, great meal.
Went for lunch, the resturant was very hot our sever was desperately attempting to keep up with his section. Cole slaw was missing for 2 orders had to specifically ask for a refill on my salad and bread which was what I ordered. Had to ask 3x for napkins couldn't help but feel bad for our sever but overall experience was awful. Won't willingly go back any time soon!
Excellent as usual. I ordered Walt's shrimp and garlic shrimp with salad and mashed potatoes. Before CIVID19, the meals came with 2 sides and a salad, now it's 2 sides and salad counts as one of the sides.The fish n chips only came with one piece of fish and previously it had 2 pieces of shrimp.Service was great.
Had an upsetting experience Sunday at the oak ridge red lobster. I had driven an hour to get this site for food. I ordered an admirals feast with extra bay scallops instead of flounder. Got back home to find sea scallops instead. Was also charged for tarter sauce!!!! I used to work at this red lobster and never in all of my days did I or any other server charge anyone for tarter sauce. And they didn't even give me any cocktail sauce at all. Even my serve "Tyler" was embarrassed that the manager made him charge me for it. I rate the food as excellent. My server was excellent. The manager was completely rude!! I rate her at a 1. Very poor service on her part. She was an older heavy set lady.
Was in the mood for fries fish and shrimp and wanted to try the salmon too. They make it easy to have it all with the create your own . Music was welcoming to listen to, and the service was extremely good ??. Thanks ted lobster for making meal great!
The staff was friendly and the beer was cold.The seafood stuffed mushrooms were damn near cold & the Cod fish that was served as fish&chips tasted way more like an onion ring than anything resembling fish.I did not finish my dinner.

Red Lobster's always been a top quality restaurant ever since I was a child. Food's good, waiters are friendly and professional and the atmosphere is great.
