On Tuesday 5/3/22 I ordered food for my kids and myself. I did not realize I put in the wrong address until I received a txt from the driver delivering my food. I felt horrible because we all know how much gas is currently. I gave him the correct address and when he showed up he had a smile on his face and was very genuinely polite even though I put him out of his way and possibly behind on other deliveries. I did not get his name but I believe he drove a gold car. He deserves to be recognized…. And the food was still hot and delicious
The staff at this location needs proper training. I purchased 2 pans of chicken alfredo and a stuffed crust pizza. The alfredo had little sauce and noodles were very dry and crunchy. Both pans of pasta were not edible and were half filled. I paid $40 for this order only to be able to not eat half of it. The kid working didn't want to remake the order. He took both pans of pasta to the back and drizzled sauce over them. This type of customer service is absolutely unacceptable!
We had a big dinner box and it was very good. We tried bbq chicken pizza for the first time and we will definitely be getting it again! Thank you for the excellent, fast service and great food!
Just had a delivery driver toss my delivery onto my porch scattering it. Called to speak with manager about the sad behavior. I also asked to be notified as to what the delivery person’s attitude was about and of course haven’t heard a peep. Imagine if someone’s wife or daughter were at home alone just how much this would have frightened them.
It was delivered cold and part of the order was missing. I called and the manager said he would send someone out with the missing items but that never happened. So I contacted the corporate and they assured me that within 1-3 business days I would hear from the manager at my local Pizza hut. That also never happened. So I basically paid a little over $50 for 1 cold pizza that arrived at my house 1.5 hours after I placed the order. The other pizza and the wings never arrived. Needless to say that was the last time we order from there. Papa John's gets our twice weekly pizza order now.
The pizza is fine but perhaps this store should consider buying a knife to cut the pizzas into actual slices. Since I moved here in summer of 2020, I've had to cut the slices of every pizza my family has ordered. We really like Pizza Hut and I'll gladly purchase and deliver a knife for the Oak Ridge store if you need it that badly. We love the BBQ chicken pizza and Buffalo Chicken pizza which use to come with bbq or wing sauce but that has stopped. We now have to be sure we have those sauces on hand since Pizza Hut has stopped providing those (without explanation)

The online ordering system messed up my order. I ordered 2 Tastemaker pizzas, a chocolate chip cookie and apple pies. When I got to the store to pick everything up I realized the email I got after ordering only listed 3 items. I ended up having to order and pay for the second pizza again.I have a pdf file of the order I made through my laptop web browser and the email I received after placing the order.
The store was clean & the employees were very nice! My order was fresh & ready when I arrived to pick it up.
Everything from ordering online to paying for it and picking it up was quick and easy. The order was ready when I got there with no wait time at all. Just an overall good experience. Great job Pizza-Hut!!
