Normally we love the pizzas and have no issue with quality. For whatever reason, for the nearly $70 we spent 2/3 of the family sized pizzas were incorrect. The 2 mini Murphy’s we also ordered were already assembled instead of make-it-yourself, which was very sad for our 2 youngest who were excited to make their pizzas. No temporary tattoos either, and no instructions for baking.One of family sized thin crust deluxe veggies we got was actually a regular crust and not thin, and the stuffed chicken bacon ranch had no ranch and instead had red sauce, which ruined it for me. We didnt even want to eat it. My family was really disappointed last night.

Great Pizza, bummer they take zero COVID precautions. Had to wait a long time in a small poorly ventilated space surrounded by half a dozen people with no face coverings, not even the staff. Will not be going back.

Ordinarily, this Papa Murphy's is great. They (usually) have friendly staff and it's (usually) a quick and easy dinner. Tonight's order with them, however, really has me questioning if I want to come back. The service was sub-par. The person named Amy really needs to step up. Going through mechanically and telling each customer that it will be 20 minutes without checking, and then finding out that the pizzas we called in have been sitting there the whole time was not a pleasant experience. I'm absolutely sure it would have not been noticed for another 20 minutes (which we had already waited 40 minutes after calling the order in ?)had a customer not spoken up, prompting Amy to check, and then Amy has the audacity to ask if we have already paid... Even the customer waiting answered yes in unison. That's just horribly sad when a customer knows and you don't... Witnessing a mess up on the part of the staff and having them tell the customer she will have to be re-rung up was ridiculous, and then the poor customer had to wait loooonnnngggeeerrrr. No apologies for the ridiculous wait, no cares in the world. Just bad service without a smile. Be warned!
Great customer service. Good food. Nice when you are looking for something in between homemade and takeout.
This place is incredible! They have large pizzas w/ one topping for $5.99 every Friday. They have great deals on Tuesday, also. ☆ For anyone using EBT.. They do except EBT.
