We are new in Oak Ridge and glad to have found Panera. We have no issues with the food here but the lady who took our druve-thru order around 6pm on June 24 is the rudest person we have ever encountered without provocation. So far we met so many nice people in the area and this was really shocking. I know the understaffing issue in America but employers should not come to this..to hire the worst of the worst.
Seriously about to starve. These people are so slow. I could go to a full serve restaurant and get faster service. Food is always good though, and that’s the only reason I come here.
My Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich was to die for. Love the Chicken Thai Bread Bowl Soup so yummy! The fuji apple chicken salad so tasty. Ordered plenty and yes had the Green Hibisus Tea to go with it. Hubby loved was I paired everything with. Wasn't too high in price. A great serving size.Tables were well bused/clean. Not too crowd. Staff were polite,calm and well mannered. Ate our meal in peace and was very happy. Coming back for great service and food.
Every other time I come here to pick up a delivery order, I have to wait for half an hour for it to even be ready. I never have to wait that long when I pick up from anywhere else. When I tried to voice my concerns to the assistant manager, he told me to just not pick up deliveries from here then. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Also, I'll tell them the order that I have and they'll get it ready in the back and forget about it. A couple of cups of Mac and Cheese shouldn't take 30 minutes to begin with. It's ridiculous. Panera is a great place to go eat at but don't expect to get your delivery order in a timely manner. If you're a delivery driver, don't expect to make money with the wait times and unhelpful management here.
Food was hot and fresh. Service was great. I trust them enough that I go there the most out of anywhere in my area because it's always clean, it's always cooked to order, and the most of the staff is amazing.
Great soup and sandwich lunch combo. Very affordable and did I say good?! It was and employees were nice and the place was clean.
Ordered a bacon, egg (over easy or whatever the option was) and cheese on ciabatta to go because I had a meeting to get to. When I got to my meeting, I had an egg (scrambled), egg (over medium) and cheese on artisan bread. Very disappointing.
If you only have rotten tomatoes, then leave them off of the salad. I think if you tell people that the ones that came in were not good they would be understanding and now care that you life then off. Very disappointed?
Despite being short on staff we enjoyed the our dinner.
We ordered a chicken salad sandwich and got maybe 4 tablespoons chicken salad total. It was all bread. This happens all the time. Don’t eat there.
