My wife and I ate there for dinner, I had the shrimp boil meal it was not great corn cob was cold, new potatoes very dry and only 3 pieces of thin sliced sausage. My wife had the burger that was cold and the fries were like rubber. Our waitress was very polite and sweet that was the only good experience.
We were quickly seated even having a large group that evening. Our drinks and appetizers we serviced promptly. The menu had a large variety to chose from and I didn't to have the Western Burger. The burger itself was cooked perfectly BUT who ever decided to use red hot onions to make the onion straws needs to go. They ruined the entire burger. Our table ordered 3 that evening and we all were turned off by the strong onion taste. You would think that you just lift them off and set them aside but the problem was the oils had soaked through the entire burger.I would definitely not recommend the Western Burger for that reason. The cook is probably still crying from cutting up those onions that evening. The others that had ordered different entrees, absolutely loved their food.I would try this place again but I would definitely not order anything with onions
Could be a cool place - the final decision is still out. They have quite a few TV's, large bar area, had live music, which I'm excited about - so close to "Music City" but no live music without going to Knoxville. My shrimp boil was pretty good (spicier cocktail sauce would have been better) but my friend's fish tacos weren't to good. I'll go back just because of location - but only if food is good - can't eat shrimp all the time. If you sit at the bar, be mindful of your shoes - the underneath is rock, looks good but will really do a number on them. Another restaurant had to replace rock with wood after many complaints of ruined shoes.
This place was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible. The staff was accommodating and absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough good things about our server Kayla. She was absolutely fantastic. The decor and atmosphere was so fun.
Water scale: 1/3 tasted like it has some soap residueDon’t order the rolls. They microwaved them too long and made them hard. French fries came to the table cold.Great atmosphere. Would love to come here for the Super Bowl.
My 1st visit, friendly service, clean, the food was very good, enjoyed the potato chip-like fries that were well seasoned, loved the Cajun dry rub wings, very flavorful and cooked just the way I like them nice and crispy! Live music on Friday when I went, plenty of tvs showing different sports. I will definitely return and highly recommend it!
Best burger I've had in a very long time! Service was excellent as well. Lot of families dining there
Clean place. Plenty of space for everyone. Multiple TVs for sport viewing pleasure. Servers were changed on us after we ordered drinks and appetizer. Had to ask for the beer again and appetizer never delivered. So we cancelled it. The food was average nothing that didn't come out of a box and prepared to serve.
We travel across the country visiting new locations weekly. Gotta say, Oakey's has set the bar (pun intended;) to a new level! Lots of televisions for football ? to include the restrooms...whaaaaat? The menu is more extensive than any grill we have visited. Crab legs were tasty! Shout out to Jason .. five star service! And live music ? .. Knowing this location has only been open a couple months, I am impressed!!
Fun local sports bar with great food. Like the Kids Only menu.
