The Gong Pao Shrimp was very good. The hot tea was excellent. The service was exceptional!
They use to be out at was a marina in Oak Ridge TN. several yrs ago. The tiles on the old restaurant were black.They took them out and cleaned them and put them in this location. They are beautiful.
I took my mother here today for Mother’s Day; since everywhere else was packed and she decided she wanted Chinese last minute. It’s the first time either one of us stepped foot inside this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and greeted us in a professional manner. The restaurant was very clean and felt inviting. The food we ordered arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Our meals were hot, delicious, and the cooks took time to prepare everything perfectly. Even our waitress was friendly and attentive. I am very glad I took a chance and tried this restaurant. They saved the day and I will definitely be a return customer!!! ???
We loved the food here! The egg rolls were freshly made and oh so delicious!! I had the Wonton Soup and the House Combination platter. The entire meal was wonderful and we will definitely be bringing friends next time!!
House Special Fried Rice Entree include chicken, pork, shrimp, peas, carrots, egg and fried rice is $10.95. Serving size has diminished as has the quality of the ingredients in this Entree.Only 1 large serving spoon was included with the arrival of my meal, no silverware or napkin were ever brought to me at any time.I have been a patron of New China Palace for 18 years both at this location and at the old location by the lake. This is the worst I have ever seen in this restaurant's downward spiral into the abyss filled with failing restaurants.
Very good Chinese food. We ordered the dinner special... Comes with soup, egg roll, fried wonton, and crunchies for the soup in addition to the entree of your choice... And rice. Generous portions, served hot and fresh. Restaurant appears to be clean, and service was excellent. We look forward to our next visit.
Great service! The food is fantastic. Price is on point! Lunch 11 to 4 pm. Handicapped parking and access. Drive thru window you can call ahead to order. Great place.
By far the WORST Chinese food I have ever had. We ordered a few things and nothing we ordered was good. Either the food was dry (the duck) or over cooked (the appetizers). The worse was the shrimp toast which was saturated in grease. Pretty disgusting actually. After paying $70 for a few dishes I ended up throwing most of it in the trash. Very disappointed. This was the first and last time I'll eat there. By the way this was take out otherwise I'd have asked to speak to the manager.
My congregation had a Friday night dinner here. The staff graciously hosted about twenty folks, including children. We were very pleased with the food and the service. Thanks to Trevor for a very pleasant evening.
I love the drive thru option. Friendly, efficient, and informative; this place is awesome. The General Tso's was a bit bland. Still good eatin though.
