And when I told the front and apologized a million times , they were so KIND about it , and said it was no problem with a smile on their face , and asked if I wanted a replacement. How many bad reviews do these places receive before management (Darren) is changed?Oak Ridge is terrible, bunch of young staff standing around twiddling thumbs while dining room is waiting for food.Get NEW staff and management or close the restaurant!!!!Darren, I ordered food online Sunday evening and it took your staff 20 extra minutes to make a sandwich and salad....did your staff explain what was going on or offer a free drink? NO, because they are poorly managed....WAKE UP AND LET SOMEONE ELSE TAKE OVER WHO CAN HANDLE THIS JOB!!!!The chicken salad was missing the chicken and no plastic ware in the bag!!
What is happening here? Two 12 year old running the place with the service results you would expect as a result. F- Won’t be returning.
Yummy food. The food and service is consistently good for I come here. It was very busy but the staff was great. They said it would take 30 min to get food but we got ours quicker than that.
We came here on a rainy day looking for a spot with some good options.Was let down as soon as the food arrived (quite a bit of a wait). My soup was cold. The sandwich was very very bland and poorly made. The nacho cheese sauce had already developed the dry film on top from sitting out.Which could be acceptable if the price reflected it, but it was still a pretty pricey meal.Maybe Panera would be a better option.
Nasty and rude staff!Got a hard wheat sandwich with sour cream which they charged me extra for which I didn’t ask for when I took sandwich back in the to them she tried to be smart and say the sandwich is right I been eating here faithful for 4 years they just lost a loyal customer
Excellent food and service. The General Manager walked around and was asking how the food was and if I needed anything. Very kind and smiled, which is what I like to see in the food place. My food was hot and fresh, and the wait time wasn't very long. 10/10 would recommend. He seemed to go above and beyond what I have seen other managers do.
I don’t like how the sandwiches are warm, wasn’t expecting that. They should definitely give you the option for warm or cold for certain sandwiches. One time I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and the gave me broccoli and cheddar soup (which tore up my stomach). We asked for no almonds on the salad because my friend has a nut allergy and they put almonds on the salad. On another occasion they were completely out of potatoes & I was told they could substitute with something else, but wasn’t refunded for the upgrades that I made on the potato that I didn’t receive (cheese, bacon, sour cream). Also the kids juice pouch also didn’t have the attached straw to it. Finally, they cleared our table when we were in the bathroom when clearly we were still eating-no apology. I’m not writing off McAlister’s totally, but maybe I’ll try another location. This location consistently gets orders wrong and to run out of key items.
The staff at this location is awesome and very personable! And of course the food is always amazing- can't go wrong with a McAlister Club and Broccoli Cheddar soup!
asked for my sammich no mayo or horse raddish they are hittin 50 cause mayo was def on there as well as the fact or 2 club sands 2 drinks 2 sidess was 28$ over priced
