Last month, I ordered online. Once I got my sandwich, there was no meat. Only lettuce. I double checked my order and confirmed my order. I called them and they told me I needed to be more careful picking up orders because I grabbed the wrong one. My ticket with my name was on this sandwich. Whatever. Didn’t really bother me. Flash forward to today. I do an online order at 7:44. It is now 8:40. Closing time is in 20 minutes. There has been no status change and the employees will not answer the phone. I basically just sat $15 on fire. I will update this review if I am refunded or the situation gets resolved.It is now 9:15. The store is closed and no employees inside. Order still says it has been received. Pretty aggravated now. Will update if I’m refunded
I love a good sub and Jimmy John's makes my favorite. As many of them as I eat you'd think I would have had a bad experience. This specific location has always been fast and courteous. I came in today for lunch and they were very busy but they were fantastic. Service was fast and friendly for not only me but for every single person that came in while I was in the building. Absolutely fantastic!
When we have a Jersey Mike's and a Firehouse in Oak Ridge, why would anyone go here? ?The only other place that's this skimpy with their meat is nasty bland Subway!
