On a busy morning, these employees were still able to accommodate our large party! I think our servers name was Susan? But she was amazing! Very efficient, always had what we needed, didn't forget anything, very sweet and awesome customer service!!! Y'all made our last day here the icing on the cake!
Gluten free pancakes were delicious! The waitress Jenn, it was her second day and she was very attentive and kind. We tipped well to show our appreciation. The manager, Jim, was great went over my gluten free needs and allergy. Overall wonderful experience. We will be back again.
I sat here for over 10 minutes before I Eve got my drink. There was literally 6 tables in the whole restaurant with people in it and 2 of them were already done. There’s no reason the service should be like this with the restaurant this slow. Horrible service! Please hire people who actually come to work to please people instead of just being here to make money. You gotta love your job in order to be successful in it.
Great food, great service. Only complaint is on fountain drinks. They taste off. Can't exactly put my finger on it. That, and it would be nice to have a few different selections on them. Other than that, food is always good, and haven't had a bad experience yet!
Terrific service for our mid afternoon meal break. Great IHOP, food was well prepared, tasty and well presented. Drinks were kept well filled. Very good IHOP! Will return!
Good breakfast. Gluten free pancakes for my son, really enjoys, regular pancakes can't go wrong, strawberry crepes are really good, hash browns perfect and Susan was very nice and helpful, excellent service!!!
Good food, 1 person is the cook ,waitress,and busboy all in one! Be a long wait!!
Good service. Tayler is quick and friendly. Always good diner food. It's not a Michelin place. But always reliable, always tasty.
We are out of town and IHOP was right beside the hotel we were staying in. We waited for an hour and a half. Both tables that came in after us had there food, we finally asked our waitress and she said she had forgotten to tell us the kitchen staff was trying to unthaw our burgers. We got our food to go and did not tip. Once we got home the food was ridiculous. I threw mine away. We will not be back at this resturaunt.
Great service and food for the value. The orders were a little bit messed up and some floor sweep up could have been done. Service was ok but a little slow. They didn’t appear to have enough help on staff working.
