Let me first say this place seems solid overall. They seem to make solid food. But as I was waiting for a delivery a gentleman came in because they prepared two of his burger incorrectly. They would not refund him. They would not remake it fresh. They simply took the luke warm patty off of the old burger and place it in a new bun. The customer was very polite and just accepted this poor customer service. It was enough for me to never eat here, and it was not even my own experience. FYI the customer did politely ask multiple times if he could get a refund or remake. So this is NOT a case of the customer was fine with redressing old burger. This was a case of "We will redress the old burger and nothing else so deal with it". And the customer could make a scene or deal with it.
LOVE THIS. HIBACHI AND GOOD AMERICAN BURGERS!!! I got the Bacon Blue Burger with onion petals and it was phenomenal. Fiance got Hibachi with Shrimp and Chicken Will be back for sure.
So this could have easily been a 4 star or 5 star review but my last visit here lowered that. My first visit was great the lady was friendly and food was good. My 2nd visit was me and 4 of my guys on Saturday at 2:38 p.m. we walked in and the guy said I close in 20. We then said ok can you you cook for us? He said depends on what you order. There was other customer there already and a burger place should have easily been able to get 5 burgers out in 20 minutes. But apparently they didn't want our business. The guy was very rude.
First time trying this place, and it was SO GOOD! I got the Hibachi burger, and it was delicious! The fries and fry sauce were also very good (especially the fry sauce!). The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience, and I will definitely be back!
This is one of those holes in the wall that wouldn't scream at you to come in. Yet: the food was amazingly good ~ well balanced in flavor, the meat tender, veggies were carmelized and tender but not mushy. Delicate flavor profile but distinctive. Exceptional. I will crave the flavors and textures and I will return. And we ate outside .... it was delightful.
Honestly it's a wonder how this place is even open. Don't waste your money or time. And like everyone says way over cooked and way to salty. They are probably still open due to their government loans and any other loans they have acquired.
If you like your burgers over-cooked and over-salted then maybe try this place out.
The burger is great, but over salted. It is 1/2 lb before cooking so you need an appetite. The fries are good, too. They have a ketchup I hadn't had before. It's House Recipe. Excellent!
The hibachi burger is good. 1/2 pound of beef with zucchini, mushrooms, and onions. A bit salty for me, but very good.
I had a hibachi beef and shrimp burrito I believe it was toasted on the grill it was excellent in the fries were super delicious great service and great family place love it I go again
