Dude was making pies and answering the phone and getting it done by himself. Pizza was great, Good job!
I called and they said we be there in 30 to 45 minutes at 8:30pm and at 10:15pm They call me and tell me :we aren't doing deliveries any more but you can come pick up your stuff: and it's not the first time they do it but it's the last time I call.
Ordered pizza paid almost 80 dollars and waited for almost 1 1/2hr didn't get anything so I called and they won't have a driver for another 2 hrs but they did not call me or show online they didn't have a driver so if you want pizza here your best bet is pick it up
Every single time we order from this location the pizza is piping hot, the order is ALWAYS correct, and the food is SO good. You know when you order pizza and you have that little twinge of nervousness wondering if you're going to get enough cheese or if there will be too much sauce... not here! You never have to worry. It's always loaded and cooked to perfection. Bonus points: the staff is impeccable, knowledgeable, and super kind. A few of them have been really funny too, which is always nice to interact with someone that lifts your spirits at the end of the day.MAJOR KUDOS 329! *gives standing ovation*
I don't know her name, but to the lady who made my day today. I went to the 329 dominos in Oakridge first to get told I messed up on the location I ordered, no big deal I called and cancelled but the employee and the manager there was clearly annoyed with me. I ordered one order of cheese bread, I'm three months pregnant haven't ate all day due to nausea so I was on edge. But when my order was ready it was covered in oil, had a hair in it and it was basically tossed into the box. To avoid conflict I called back 1952 Dom's and told them what had happened in tears and this woman was so nice and understanding she was even going to comp my order for me but I insist on paying for it then she goes above and beyond and made me lava cakes. I'm in tears, so thank you for making my day better. I'll forever order only at 1952 oak ridge Domino's I will personally dive the extra four miles for better customer service and for better food service. 329 needsto be retrained I worked in food service for 10 years and never treated a customer like this and I had food thrown on me, shows how lazy people are today. Thank for showing your true colors 329 dominos.
Pizza was good. But don't like that you can't just walk in any longer and get the 5.55 each deal or the 7.99 3 toppings deal. Was told they were now an online only deals.
Great friendly people that work there. Super clean store.
Great pizza. Finally one closer to where I live.
never again. had to order twice because they messed up our original order, then paid extra as to not be difficult to get the bone in buffalo wings we asked for in the first place. no sauce on them at all... naked. I'd let it go, but they have gotten worse and worse. I'll order little Caesars from now on.
Left on hold for 30 minutes. pizza was awful and late. dont waste your time.
