The service was good. I came to get ice cream. Flavor that I wanted they did not have kind of disappointed that they were out of caramel so I did not eat. But my mother and daughter like theirs.

Ice cream is always great. Daniel, who I think is the manager, is always friendly! He also let me know they have ice cream that my daughter can eat, due to her having a milk allergy!

Very disappointed in Oak Ridge location. No one seems to know how to make a Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard. It's supposed to be chocolate with pecans and brownies (Not peanuts and vanilla ice cream). I've tried to call twice no one answered the phone.

We ordered two chicken 4 piece meal and we got over cooked chicken strips , french fries that were over cooked and no toast and my sprite that wasn't drinkable. No doubt the worst meal that I have ever ate at Dairy Queen....m

May 17th I placed and order and promptly went to get it at the store a few minutes later. I first went to the drive through and waited 5 minutes without a single person saying hello or asking if I needed anything. So I decided they must be busy, I will go inside. I pulled around and found the door to be closed while an employee yelled from the car they were hanging out by we closed the inside.. mind you almost an hour before the restaurant closes. It was evident why I did not receive service the first time as all of the employees were sitting in the parking lot either getting high or just plain doing nothing but talking to random people in cars who were not customers. I only placed a small 5 item order and they still forgot one of my items after the wait time. Get your act together Oak Ridge Dairy Queen. No wonder why your business is going into the tubes. Hire people who aren't going to focus on getting high but are going to actually do the job they get paid to do. On top of the items that I actually got, all of them also tasted like stale rubber. I paid money for what?. You lost my business pressing forward Dairy Queen.

It's okay. Not bad, not great. Nice staff. They asked several times if I needed help. I did find a surprise pack of 3 gel mediums for painting on Clearance. That was a nice little gem.

The last three times I have visited this Dairy Queen location, I've been severely disappointed in the service. They always mess up at least one item on the order, usually when we ask to not have whipped topping on a milkshake (a simple ask, I feel), and I think it's intentional. When we ordered a cake for my son's birthday, about a week in advance, we went on the scheduled day to pick it up, and they had to quickly make it, last minute. I am not sure if it was that they'd forgotten about the order or hadn't bothered to prepare it. During the most recent visit, we were exhausted and trying to salvage a very bad day, and were laughed at, possibly for the simplicity of an ordered item or for their failure to hear what it was we wanted. They made us repeat what it was three different times with raucous laughter heralding the third and final time from more than one person over the headset mic. When we did make it to the cashier at the window, finally, she acted so rude. Her tone, the way she handed us things, and her smirk, all contributed to this experience in a negative way. The one good thing from this experience is that we got to find someone with exemplary service at the nearby Sonic! So, that will be where I spend money for ice cream from here on out.

On April 2nd around 8pm to 9pm. My wife and I visited this location. The drive thru was the only option. All the signage on the outside of the building was turned off. If it wasn't for cars in the drive thru I would have assumed this location was closed. I placed my order at drove to the window. I ask the young lady at the window to add an ice cream to the order, she rolled her eyes and said sure. She handing me my order and didn't say a word after that. Absolutely the worst interaction I have had at any restaurant in years. I sincerely hope that this franchise can get it together, because most dq's are making a comeback. ?‍♂️

The drive thru cashier didn't pay attention to my order. The result was me telling the person who handed me my order, it was wrong. The cashier, rude as she was, rolled her eyes at me and my passenger, and proceeded to call me a liar. And my slushes we're melted before they got into my hand.

Food was just ok, they made my dad's burger wrong after I specified twice. The 2 girls at the front register didn't seem like they knew what they were doing.
