We were first time customers. We even told the counter person this . The place is very clean and decorated nicely.The sandwiches were good size but they didn't have any lettuce so we only had tomatoes on them both of us had white bread. They needed mayonnaise, mustard or other spread on the bread. Without it the bread was dry. But the chicken salad was prepared great and flavorful. Also while reviewing the receipt we noticed our bread could have been toasted. The posted menu doesn't have any remarks about this. Finally we liked the Minute Maid Lite Lemonade.
This was my first time getting food here. I was wanting to try a chicken salad lettuce wrap. We were told they didn't have any lettuce that day. They were experiencing a shortage on a few other things. The gentleman was very apologetic. I decided on a chicken salad on a croissant. It was delicious. The store wasn't overly crowded; but busy for an off-rush time.
Decent sandwiches prices are steep, but that seems to be common place now. Nothing legendary, but if you want to feel like you got a decent healthier option for Fast Food it's a good spot. Drive though takes kinda long can't figure out why I assume all chicken salad is in pre-made tubs..
I have, so far, had the classic and the old south. Both were very good on the delicious croissant! Staff was very friendly. May have to wait a little because they are so popular ?
Excellent food...so many varieties of chicken salad to choose from...the side of grapes were so delicious. Very clean facility and friendly employees. Can hardly wait to go back and try something else.
The restaurant was very clean and had a home feeling to it the employees was very friendly and the food was amazing I also loved how they had pictures telling the story I would recommend this place
Great food, but the woman at the window is the rudest person. I've brought two different people by here after telling them how good it was, and then we'd start to order and on both occasions they were baffled at how rude the drive thru lady talked to them. I'd be finding someone else to work the drive thru! Also, if someone orders a drink and doesn't tell you the size, you probably shouldn't assume they want a large. That's all.

If the color white had a taste, it would be scooped up and slopped down on some lettuce at CSC. The garnish had more flavor in it. I wish I could say it was a mayonnaise forward taste, but mayonnaise typically has more flavor than this stuff. Even the Hawaiian and Buffalo just lack any flavor. I never lost my taste with covid like a lot of others did, but if I did, I'd eat here knowing I wouldn't miss the flavor, because there simply isn't any flavor in their chicken salads. 1 out of 5 stars because the grapes in the grape salad tasted somewhat like grapes and was the only positive. Give them time, they'll find a way to suck all flavor out of those too. I highly doubt anything is made in house. Go to the gas station, those weird chicken salad sandwiches in the triangle packages have more flavor!
The last two visits I ordered a sandwich...the first time there were gristle like pieces of chicken. Tried to overlook, but it was difficult. The right texture of food is important to me. The second visit I thought would be better until I bit into something that looked like a large white flap of skin. Totally ruined my lunch. Other than that, everything else seems good. I hope they will up the quality control on the chicken salad. The flavors are great as well as the service.
