For one, your employees are not very chickfila spirited. Secondly, if I pay for a large fry I expect a large fry.***I have more issues beyond you skimping on food and employees with bad attitudes, but we don't have the time.AND YALL OWE ME ENOUGH POINTS FOR 3 SHAKES THAT NEVER GOT REFUNDED ?
I like chick fila, but for some reason the Oak Ridge location has the slowest drive through especially during breakfast hours between 10-1030. I can be there 15-20 min earlier before the change over. Instead, the drive through is so slow when I get to the menu board, it changes over to lunch. I don't complain about this kind of stuff, but if it happens more than twice and that's when I inhave to. I thought chick fila was suppose to be one of the best place for good customer service. For some reason today, the young lady who was handing out the food seemed like she didn't want to be there. By all mean she wasn't rude or disrespectful. It's all about perception and she acted as she is didn't care for her customer.
Food is ALWAYS wonderful and the best customer service. Super friendly and always helpful. Inside is clean & sanitized every time. Their points are their best kept secret.??
The food was good, came out fast, everything was great. The only thing I would comment on would be the actual drive through itself. It's just weirdly laid out. I'm sure it makes it faster when it is packed and easier to leave the store, but the sign for where to enter drive through is only visible from one direction. Just awkward.
The employees are trained well to handle all sorts of payment situations, for instance I was paying forward and backwards and she handled it without a second thought. The food My chicken bacon and cheese biscuit was a melt in your mouth bit of happiness. Thank you
While making a catering order on line was a fiasco, I found Stacey at the Oak Ridge Chick-fil-A a pure delight. She expertly helped me place my order and assured me that care would be taken to get the order "right". I was SO blessed by her sweet, helping spirit that it gave me a peace about my event!! The food is to be picked up on 4/1/22 and I have every confidence that it will meet the Chick-fil-A standards, as well as my own!
They messed up our drive thru order and we're very hateful at the pick up area. They made no effort to correct the mistake, Including not giving the drink with the meal ordered. Then they didn't answer their phone. But the 5 employees standing around outside chatting looked like they were having fun.
Good food as always from a Chick-fil-A. Fast drive thru and normal inside. I have been here many times for breakfast and lunch.
Love chic fil a but def driving Knoxville from now on. Placed an order on mobile and they hadn’t even started it when I got there; had no idea what happened to it. Had to talk to 3 separate employees to get food and drink. Get home to find I have half the fries that I ordered under a mountain of sauce packets that I didn’t. Almost never leave reviews but this was a joke and I def will not be back.
