Went through thr drive thru, no cars in front of me or behind me. 1 car parked. A man goes over the machine and says give me 1 second, i said okay. I waited 5 minutes begore i said hello, again he said give me 1 second. I said i gave you 5 minutes. 2 songs on my radio played and now there are cars behind me. So i pull up to the window and there is 2 workers, a man with a headset standing there talking to a woman with her back turned to the window. This is why minimum wage stays low because we want money and don't want to work.
Can't make this up. Asked for no onions. They took the bag away ( with the incorrect onion burger), the attendant apologized for the wait, someone gives him the correct bag, he gives it to me. I get my food and there's onions. All the drama and no correct-ah!!!

Didn't get order right twice. Finally got home and it was so overloaded with condiments it was a hard to eat but my iced mocha was awesome.
They were very short handed and still got the food out quickly. The tables needed wiped off but as soon as it was mentioned one of the employees that was there stopped and immediately went and cleaned the tables way to go Burger King keep up the great work
Table was not clean cast of ketchup Despenser nasty napkin's in the Despenser in the wrong way it was very cold in the building floor's in dinning room where black bathroom had clothes in the floor food was Cold
This location definitely needs work We sat in the drive thru for 10 mins after the giy say just one sec and then was starting to take the order again and asked us to wait again?(dining room is closed) a girl employee took some fries out of my fries and ate it then put the cup in my bag.Then the completely for got my daughter kids meal.Not a good experience
I understand times are hard but the restaurant is open until 10 and there are no signs saying otherwise. Sat at the order screen for 10 minutes and no one took our order, rolled past the windows and there was someone just standing there doing nothing. Came through again to see if maybe they just didn’t see us there but same thing. Two employees outside talking and smoking, like do your thing but would it have been so hard to just say “we’re closed?”
Way under staffed. Lobby never with, drive-thru times are awful. Always check your bag and food because it's wrong often and be prepared to wait in line 20+ minutes like I did tonight for a door dash order.
