Just bad service! After a 30 minute wait to pickup a curbside order I actually had to call the store, ultimately discovering they had not checked the system/made my order yet. Over 50 minutes total from app order to actually getting out food.
Had dinner here and was pretty good.Dining room and bathroom could have been a little but overall a pleasant experience.
I just wanted to brag on this location! I went through the drive thru this morning (Friday) and had the friendliest staff! The sweet lady on the drive thru speaker oozed sunshine and was so happy! The young man at the window was so kind and seemed to genuinely love his job! Such a change to visit a location before 7 am and have this kind of service! Great morning crew!!! Did I mention my order was perfection?
Had breakfast from this restaurant about a month ago, it was good! Biscuits tasted scratch-made(YUM!) and the sausage was nice and spicy (also YUM!!) Staff was friendly and we enjoyed a good drive through visit! Thanks Bojangles!!!
Food is great, but always check your bags because they will always forget some part of your order, even if it is a simple order.
Ordered through UBER, waited over an hour to be told what I ordered wasn't available until certain times. That's all fine and dandy, but don't advertise it as available, if it's not. Last time I'll get anything from this location.
The food was so suprisingly good. There was a young lady named mariam and a young man named noah that was so pleasant and helpful that as long as employees there are that nice, polite, and helpful as they was i would return to this place again and again. A shout out to mariam and noah...thanks again.
Waited 20 minutes for 21 pieces of chicken was shorted half gallon of tea and they forgot biscuits. OR A CHICKEN SANDWICH AFTER WITING 20 MINUTES THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 2O MINUTES. YOUNG MAN AT COUNTER COULD NOT COUNT MONEY.
There were a few problems when placing our orders. At first our orders were delayed at the window, so they asked us to pull up to the door. We waited for 20 minutes and finally asked about our food as we watched other cars behind us receiving their orders. We were informed that the order was delayed because they lacked the staff to perform the orders. After 5 more minutes they finally brought our orders out, however, they mistakenly placed fries instead of the dirty rice that was requested for one of the orders. None of the try sides were seasoned either.
Great tasting chicken, dirty rice,, cole slaw both excellent, delicious biscuits
