Ordered a Ruben and mushrooms and omg really hot and good food. While a small establishment this place is busy, clean and the staff gives off the true southern hospitality. You can sit and eat or take it to go they even do Uber Eats so you can have it delivered to you while you work. It is a eat first pay later type of restaurant. I give this business 5 Sears Towers. I will definitely be coming back.
This place is amazing. They have great food and friendly service. The burger is amazing. The burger is all beef perfectly cooked. The bun was light and fluffy. The condiments were perfectly spread on the burger. The other toppings were perfectly fresh and delicious. The fries were golden brown and cooked to perfection. Crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. The drinks are perfectly adorned over crisp fresh ice cubes and are possibly the most refreshing sip of liquid that has touched my mouth.
Il never be back they can't get there Togo orders right ,,, I was just told by the manager that it is what it is ,,,, the manager was nothing but hateful when I called about my order ,,, there job ain't that hard I was the only person in the restaurant,,,,, sad because I've been ordering takeout & been fine in for years ,,, management needs to be repramended

Great food. Pumpernickel bread is great for steamed subs. The burgers and fries are also excellent. Prices are reasonable, and service was quick. This is a great lunch option for anyone who works in Oak Ridge.
I have only eaten here once. I got a Rose Mary sandwich, fried mushrooms, and a drink. The sandwich was big and so was the order of mushrooms. The lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was clean. I got there near 1 pm so there was still a lunch crowd but my order was up quickly. My only complaint was they served spicy mustard with the mushrooms or maybe it was for the sandwich? I am a hard rater but I could see this going up to 5 after a few more visits.
Some of the best food around! Billy's is a family owned business that has been around for years. In all these years, the quality of food has not diminished! Highly recommend!
Big burgers, good fries. It's a greasy spoon diner kind of place. The location is sketchy, but that's not their fault.
Loved eating here for over over 39 years. Not much has changed, friendly staff, great food. Pick your drinks from the coolers. And tell them what you had when you go to the counter. I like Mom and pop's, and it's a fine one.
