The pizza is one of a kind must have ! Ed’s has been in Oak Ridge 50 plus years. It’s some of if not the best pizza I’ve ever eaten

We were looking forward to trying pizza from here, as we had heard a lot of positive things about it. We ordered 2 take out pizzas, one was a gluten free crust (one of the reasons we went there) and 1 regular. All of us love pizza, and eat it all, thin crust, thick crust, red sauce, white sauce, pesto, all the toppings. We aren't pizza snobs. These pizzas were not good, at all. The GF was burnt, completely around the edges and underneath. Couldn't eat the crust edges at all, they crumbled into blackened chunks. Both pizzas were completely flavorless, tasted like cardboard. Very minimal sauce. Toppings were fine. We were super sad because we love a good pizza and we love to support mom and pop businesses. 2 stars because it wasn't THE worst pizza we have ever eaten, but it is a close second.

Pizza was excellent but front of the house staff person not so much. We just moved here and decided to try this place for first time. The first person we encountered when entering was not friendly or welcoming and did not greet us or offer any help or suggestions. My wife and I decided to still try because it sounded good and got great reviews. Glad we did because the pizza was delicious but definitely need work on customer service.

This is pizza like I remember back in the day when PONG (the video game) and the original Star Wars film were first out! I like it so much I'll qualify it even further: this is the best old school, NY-style pepperoni pizza ANYWHERE. (Pretty cool place to hang out with family and friends and share a pie.) I recommend: 5 stars and 5 thumbs up.

Not the Big Ed's we are accustomed to. Dough is sub-par....taste almost like a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Wait staff is a little "non-chalant" about customer service (seem to not care one way or the other about the customers).

The best childhood memories on Saturday Nights. When Dad's Brother and Aunt drove from South Knoxville to hang with us. I be waiting to jump in back that drive from Black Oak area of Clinton was worth waiting for and being only kid at that time it was awesome. Plus Dad knows Ed from the Post Office as a window clerk. Now having a child they had the experience to parties and iconic pizza Ed brought to The Secret City and greater communities.

Best pizza in Oak Ridge. Thin crust style good flavor, good amount of toppings choices. I love all the history inside the pizza joint you can get lost just looking at what a main stay this place has even to the community since the 80's. The pizza is also really good for a pizza joint hands down the best in Oak Ridge. The one thing that's weird is pizza comes in a bag but you can I think buy a box for 25 cents. If you are looking for a good old school pizza joint go here don't waste time with the chains.

Good cheese, basic pizza. Pizza is all they have, so don't expect anything more. Very busy place. Fun decorations.

Awesome pizza and awesome service.

What's in your brown paper bag?.. A delicious golden pie of pizza says anyone who's got takeout from Big Ed's. This place is a premium place to grab a bite to eat if you're in Oak Ridge. And if you're not in Oak Ridge is the perfect excuse to go! Yes it's worth the drive. They have great indoor seating and a lot of staff to make sure you're taken care of. This place hits the spot after a good long day riding at windrock!
