Disappointed with the Gyro's,My husband and I ordered. They had run out of tomatoes and onions. When I asked about it, the man said.... I didn't realize till after I sold you the sandwiches.That was it, no apology.I realize several business are short handed. Also a simple apology would of went a long way.
Store is clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is exactly the same location to location. The problem with this location is they had a lot of customers. Dinning was packed plus the drive up was from the window and in to the street all the way to the traffic light a block away pick up orders where our the door. Here is the disappointment and it's not Arby's fault they have a sign saying now hiring but to many lazy people want to live off those who do work, but this location was short staffed bad. Military could not get their discounts and neither could the elderly because the staff that was there ran around with their head cut off and for this location the staff did amazing. This I am giving a rating of 4.75 Sears Towers
Only went there because my old lady wanted a chocolate milkshake, and they were very clearly being lazy. The woman at the window was sitting on something when we pulled up, and the milkshake was half blended. You good very clearly see that half of it was still just vanilla ice cream. I usually don't complain because I know food service can be taxing and stressful, but we were the only car in line, and we ordered 1 thing... If you can't be expected to get the 1 item that your only customer ordered correct, why would I want to come to you with more business?

Quick very delicious food. Always have to stop in Arby's when in Oakridge TN.
Nothing special about this Arby's. It is clean and has great staff and the normal Arby's food. I like stopping to eat here.
Like the beef an cheddar cheese but wished still had slaw and potato cakes .

One of the few favorite fast food restaurants on my radar, they offer great variety and not the usual greasy mess like other places. I love the half pound roast beef sandwich and I'm only 140 pounds guy - but I'll eat this one entirely! Courteous staff that treats you great. Just two things, they need to bring back the old Arby's sauce and offer the potato cakes at all times they're open. Great food!!!
