My husband and I order To Go a couple times a month, typically, and it’s always correct and right on time. I just want to commend the management and staff for a consistently superb job! Thank you!
The food is good, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. Ordered for curbside pickup last night and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Get there when it was supposed to be ready and I’m waiting in my car for 15 minutes before a worker comes out and tells me they burnt my steak so they’re recooking it. 20 minutes goes by and I STILL don’t have my food and numerous cars that pulled in after me got their orders. I finally go inside and tell them to give me a refund because the wait was ridiculous. Never ordering from them again!

Even being extremely busy on a Friday night in valentines weekend, we had some of the best service we've had anywhere in oak ridge. The food was pretty good as well but I can't tell you how nice it was to see the staff smiling and working together. The last few times we've eaten there, we've made sure to let the manager know how awesome everything was.
The food was ok my wife ordered a chicken wrap and it came out with no chicken. The service was bad. Everyone was cheerful but we asked for napkins 3 times and never got them. I asked for ketchup and never got it. I understand everyone is short staffed but if service is bad you will lose customers.
Went here during lunch with a coworker and the service was fast and great. The food was delicious and super warm. I had the prime rib dipper with mashed potatoes. Definitely will be going back.
I’d rate it 0 if I could. Ordered through Uber eats, and the delivery took 5-10 minutes. I picked my food up within 2 minutes. My food was the coldest I’ve ever been served. They obviously threw leftovers into a box without heating anything. I’ll never order or eat there again.
Probably the worst bar service I've ever experienced. 10 minutes for the first drink with only 2 other customers at the bar. Totally ignored us the entire service. Didn't offer to refresh our drinks. Didn't ask if our meal was to our liking. Didn't really do much of anything except flirt with her boyfriend and stand at the corner of the bar doing nothing. Meh. But they make a really cute couple! Will probably go again since it's so close to ORSA. Maybe next time we won't sit at the bar?
I used to be obsessed with their chicken penne years ago and ordered it a lot, starting in 2020 i started getting food poisoning everytime i ate here which was maybe 2 times a week i was obsessed with noodles. It got so bad that literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I GOT FOOD FROM HERE i was food poisoned had to miss a lot of time off work and threw up so bad one time it was 2 inches thick and that was the time i decided to stop eating here. It was always expected id get sick and yes doctors multiple doctors confirmed it WAS food poisoning. I went inside with my parents one time and they gave me the chicken penne it didnt taste right tasted old and nasty so i asked for a freshly made penne they MICROWAVED THE OLD NASTY ASS FOOD. MICROWAVED IT I KNOW BECAUSZE THE ENTIRE PLATE WAS HOT BUT THE NOODLES IN THE MIDDLE WERE COLD AF AND THE CHICKEN COULDNT BE CHEWED. DO NOT EAT HERE ITS BEEN THIS WAY FOR 2 YEARS NOW. WETHER ITS LUNCH OR DINNER OR IN BETWEEN.
Took my 86 year old mother out for a burger. Absolutely the best burger I have had in a long time. Service was great, food was great, extra clean and just a pleasant experience for us. Thank you Applebees Oak Ridge!!!
