This is the third day in a row that I've asked for extra seasoning on the fries they don't do it. And not only that but they're people at the window are rude as hell cussing it's just very unprofessional. Definitely don't visit the one on Charlotte avenue in Nashville.
This absolutely has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I have come here later at night when they are supposed to be open no less than four times and every single time it takes no less than 5 minutes for each single car to get through the line at the drive-thru. I am always at a minimum five or six cars back. No fast food is worth waiting at least 30 minutes to even order. Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.
This place is aweful. They should close to the public and make it only available to door dash deliveries. They focus more on delivery orders than drive thru and inside customers. Door dash people walked right up and their orders were ready and waiting. They were done by the cashier that was supposed to be taking orders for the people inside. So we had to wait while she bagged the orders up. From the time we walked in to the time we made it to the register was an hour and we only have 5 people in front of us. I know every where is short on help but there needs to be a better system for this. Not to mention the cashier was grumpy as all hell and you could tell. The people making the food in the back when waiting for an order they were goofing off when they should have come up and helped bag some orders. I won't be back... Ever... Anywhere.
Came to Zaxbys from out of town, go to the drive through at 9:45 and waited over 10 minutes before we were actually able to place an order only to be told they were no longer taking orders. No one came out to say they were no longer taking orders etc. instead they employee just stopped responded when I said I arrived before they closed and the open sign was still on. Very poor customer service and I will not be returning.
My first time at a Zaxby's. They were out of cheese curds, chocolate chip cookies and ketchup. That's just what I know of, because those are all things that I asked for and couldn't get. I understand supply issues and that you can't just go down to the corner store to pick up cheese curds, but maaaannn... Send someone down to Sysco to get some ketchup. C'mon now! ?♀️Everything was okay. It's fast food chicken. Not my favorite. Didn't hate it.I did have some fun with the Titans fan employee behind the counter who tried heckling me as I was there in my Bengals gear the day after the Bengals' playoff win. It's always fun when the employees have a good time with the customers. Who dey!! ??
The young lady that runs the drive through has a horrible attitude. She needs an attitude adjustment for the betterment of your company. She is unprofessional and laughs and has side conversations on the intercom while a customer is placing their order which is very disrespectful. The food at Zaxby’s is great but if the attitude of the employees does not I don’t see the establishment having success.
Chicken legs are deceptive. Everyone disparages those two limbs on a bird, which has the far flashier limbs called wings. People forget, though, that chickens can’t fly. So those wings are about as useful as a helmet to a ping pong player. Secretly, all the chicken’s power (yes, they have it) emanates from those little sticks jutting out from under their feathers. Proof of their power (at which you scoffed) lies in the Zaxby’s Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich. How, I ask you chicken underestimators out there, could that sandwich kick as hard as it does without legs from a chicken who never skips leg day? It could not. It could not.
Service was good..not to slow..got my wings and things..pretty delicious..a couple of drumlet pieces looked like nuggets on a piece of bone..but ok..3 cookies..delicious..my Peach Cream Soda is delicious..?
My food is always fresh and my order is always done correctly. This store is very very busy but they move super fast and always polite and friendly
I went here after I got off from my shift this evening around 10pm. The line was about 10 cars long and barely moving. I probably waited 45min-hour.. HOWEVER being in the industry I know how understaffed everywhere is and how everyone is just trying to do their best. When I got to the window the man (I believe his name was Jacob) informed me there were only 3 people working.. despite this he was so apologetic and maintained a great attitude. My food was also great and fries were hot. Anyways, the whole point of this review is the whole world is short staffed right now.. so PLEASE BE KIND TO THOSE WHO SHOWED UP and are doing their best! Thanks so much to the 3 workers who made my late night snack happen!! :)
