Awesome!! One of the best BBQ sauces I have ever had
I ordered boneless wings. I was asked if I ordered boneless wings at the drive thru. Employee gaslighted me, saying I said traditional. I literally never said the word traditional. Supervisor then told her to hand me the traditional wings.Gotta say, this place must be managed by trash. Most places would just swap out an honest mistake, not just hand me what I didn't want or order, and then go on to blame the customer for their mistake.This place is constantly slow, probably understaffed. Eat at literally any other chicken joint around.
Highly disappointed in staff and management and poor customer service skills at This Zaxby's. After waiting in drive thru for nearly 30min finally got to the window to place my order and employee stated "they are sold out of chicken" Then at the window we were told by another employee *they are not selling any more chicken tonight because apparently the General manager approved that they do NOT have to cook any more chicken reason being because the restaurant will close at 9. Hopefully owner get better quality workers willing to serve and represent Zaxby's better than the extremely poor service they are giving customers.
It’s like in todays world hiring kids/young adults will ruin your business and that’s all they are hiring to run shifts and the restaurant which is pointless. They are completely rude at this location. They throw your food in the bag to where your container is sitting in a puddle of sauce. I asked politely for my meal to be made fresh and the young girl acted as if I was a bother, but am I paying for the meal or u?? Nasty attitudes they don’t ask u how you’re day is going any normal human being would greet u before hand. I mean what is fast food anymore?? Their going to ruin their business , but to each is own.
It wasn’t good. Who is in charge of this place? I could barely understand the girl at the drive thru. Got the food home in 10 minutes. COLD. I thought I was getting chicken tenders? What I had looked like chicken nuggets and 3 of them were like jerky. Spit them out. And my wife ate one half of one. I’ll rate this experience at a 1.5. Will never go there again. If this place makes it through the summer it will be a miracle. A $12 joke on me.
Do not work at this specific location. Very unprofessional management. There is one manager that will will bark orders at you. Beware of turnover rates here and what the employees think of the managers. The pay isn’t sufficient enough and it definitely isn’t worth the treatment you would get working here.
Don't waste your time coming here in the evenings. The staff has absolutely no idea how to run the place! I was 1 of 20 people that they told to park in the parking lot because they were so far behind. Half the people had to get out of their cars and go get their food because the girls forgot what they were doing. I was one of them. After waiting 25 minutes I went inside and the girl asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted my food that I paid for 25 minutes ago. She handed it to me and turned around. Didn't say sorry or anything. I've never had an issue at any other Zaxby's that I've been to! If management doesn't step up or change then they sould tear this pace down! I can't post this without giving them 1 star because Google won't let me. They don't deserve any stars!!!
I just want to be like the rest of America and go inside to eat. It's really hard to do when you still have your dining room closed. Oh wait, you can't hire the help? Went to Slim Chickens the other day and there must have been 20 employees in the store. Wonder what they are doing that you're not? Guess I'll go back there today. Their dining room is full open!
Bring your own silverware and sauces, because they apparently don't have them here. Ordered 2 sauces for my salad, cheddar tots, and my sandwiches. The food was prepped, but the sauces and utensils werent inside. On top of that, had to remind the cooks that my order came with a gal of Sweet Tea and a large Coke. Quality over Speed, people. They should be retrained with a better trainer.
Such good food, a staple place for locals and a place that tourists should just enjoy. Also very fast drive through and all our food was perfect. :))
