Every time I've visited they're super fast and friendly. They're teas and boba are great! Super cute decor! I love this place
Very odd location and I ended up doing street parking because I couldn’t spot the parking lot from the other side (free for 15 mins). However, once you make it inside, the ordering process was very easy. The sugar level is very confusing. I usually don’t like it sweet, so other bubble tea places, I go with 70% sweetness. At this location, however, their standard is 50% and 75% is super sweet and you cannot select custom percentages. So, my 75% sugar level was extremely sweet. I had to come home and fix it. The quality of boba is good and texture is soft-sticky. I ordered Thai tea boba and apart from the sweetness, the tea was good hence the 4-star review. I would go there again and try 50% sweetness and hope I still stick with 4-star.
*US based Google guide with 2M views. Ordered the taro milk tea with almond milk and tapioca boba. I usually order the same drink to compare. Unfortunately, I did not think my taro milk tea justified the hype. It was not good. The flavor was off.
It’s okay. I like the black milk tea, and especially like their boba. Their milk teas are made with milk and no tea in them. While I love their fruit teas (only place I can get grapefruit flavor), it’s recently been so sweet to the point where it tastes like sugar and no flavor. I used to get 50% (normal) and just tried 25%, however it still tastes like sugar. Great toppings though
Although the location is odd and the parking is confusing, Yin and Yang is worth the visit nonetheless. The staff are welcoming immediately as you enter and are helpful. Ordering is straight forward with a kiosk and the drinks are made within minutes. The toppings were very fresh and the flavor of the drinks exceeded expectations!
Beautifully presented, awesome traditional flavors, huge variety of flavors as well as toppings! Wish the cream cap was salted, but hey, I'm happy they actually had that topping! Best milk tea in nashville since my old favorite place closed down
The two drinks I ordered for me and my son were Thai tea and passion fruit green tea which had a tasteless flavor and could be better by adding a little more powder and more green tea. If you wanna hang out a little longer to sit and drink but then you got to worry about the parking, the space gives you only 15min. The restroom should be cleaner for the ladies, even a guy like me who sees it as a disappointment.
Please offer a gluten free milk tea. If you would please offer a substitute like cows milk, I would’ve been able to have it. But the oats I spent ten minutes googling are not safe for celiac. Also, please educate your staff on allergies, as it’s very dangerous to not know what is safe for customers. The drinks looked amazing but unfortunately I wasn’t able to partake.
The BEST tea shop that I have tried in the area so far. This is now my go to place when I want to treat myself to some tea. Great atmosphere, friendly-laid back staff, and so many great options on their expansive menu. Love this place!
the Hokkaido milk tea is THE best bobba Ive ever had. Only draw back IMO is the price and wait time but it is well worth the splurge if you want something creamy tasty and refreshing!
