I love visiting this place because it’s always a gathering of college friends and nice vibes with beautiful people. I’ve never had a bad experience here!
We thought this would be a great experience for our girls trip in Nashville. Our waitress Courtney was GREAT! However, DJPerm_ (on IG) was a TERRIBLE DJ. We arrived a little after 10:30, had a section etc. He played the same rotation of songs until 2:00AM. We requested ONE song that he DID NOT PLAY. Do not go here when he the DJ. He is HORRIBLE!
Usually a great experience. We had a few issues in our reserved space last time, but still a nice spot. Good food, drinks and music.
Waitress was a liar. Paid for hookah but coals burned out and asked three times for help which we did not receive. Lied about my food being made and then tried to bring out takeout box of food from order not picked up. Bottomless mimosas was only two glasses bc waiter never came back and then said it would be a 10 minute wait time for another glass. No tissue in bathrooms and busboys kept swiping me with nasty container ! Food had no seasoning and was cold, DONT GO HERE also adds $11 automatic tip to bill
The food was delicious, drink was good and the music was okay
To get in was a very long wait! They charge a lot at the door. Once you’re inside you will find quickly that the service is horrible. Most importantly be careful to who service you. There is a girl who is pretending to work there and has scammed people!! I’m talking hundreds of dollars went missing from a $60 tab? Smh!!! Maybe if they had their stuff together and proper service stuff like this wouldn’t happen!!! Be safe but these black owned bars are awful here. Bad service all around!
I was in town for the MLK weekend visiting some friends and Family. Was told The Weekend was the place to be. Now do not give me wrong the crowd and the atmosphere was the nice. But one of their waiters that was assistance me and sister with drinks never came back with our drinks. I had to go to the Bar. When the young lady came back she asked my sister to get up from the table if she not order a drink. I step in and informed her that we made our drinks orders with her a hour ago. And now she asking us to move to set No one in the set. I love support Black-owned businesses but can we be respectful about it. Because we all trying to support. I all the way from Washington DC to support my home and new support black businesse in my hometown.
The worst Bar and lounge ever crowd was all over the place prices are ridiculously your basically paying for a new bottle when purchasing shots I don’t recommend this place to no one
Paid all that money for a booth and couldn’t get in until all of our party was there and only had until 11p to get in or the others would have to pay. Then you have to get a certain amount of bottles that were up to $400. Don’t waste your time. Definitely other spots in Nashville to hang out at. Just hood, ratchet, & ghetto.
My sister and I are from Houston and came to Nashville for a sister weekend. Several others recommended WKND and we had a great experience so far so we said would try it. We had to pay to get in but there wasn’t anywhere to sit. We’re from Houston so we’re use to having to pay but usually when you pay you have somewhere to sit. We paid and had to stand. It also wasn’t even lit. We went to Willie B’s and they were turnt but place was packed but not lit. Employees were rude because we found some seats and sat down and they made us move meanwhile everyone else still got to keep the seats and they weren’t supposed to sit there. Took 20 mins to order a drink. Standing at the bar and all the bar tenders ignored me. Finally got one’s attention and it took forever to make my drinks because she only wanted to serve her friends. I had to remind her about my order. Im planning to come back to Nashville for my birthday and this WILL NOT BE ON THE LIST! Very disappointed.
