Really good bubble tea in a simple space. Staff are always friendly and speedy. I recommend you get half-sugar, otherwise it's REALLY sweet...but always delicious.
So I’ve had a lot of Boba tea in my life, And I recently introduced my partner to Boba tea, so we’ve been trying to find places in Nashville to get it. We’ve been to both of the Win Bubble Tea‘s here, and out of the two, I like this one a little bit less. I feel like this one had less topping options, but it is what it is.Overall it was really great, and it was nice because I showed my partner why boba is so great. I typically get taro or Matcha or lychee fruit tea, and I think in this case I got lychee. It was great, maybe a little sweet. She got the honeydew fruit tea and popping bubbles and it was good too.What’s cool about this chain that I haven’t seen before is that they offer to let you taste test the tea or the drink that you’re getting, and that’s pretty nice especially when you’re new to the whole Boba experience and don’t really know what to get.
Went and got bubble tea with friends it was one’s first time trying. I got the classic and my friend got the thai tea. The taste of the classic was good, but the Boba was mushy (think overcooked pasta texture) instead of chewy which kinda ruined it. The thai tea did not taste even remotely like thai tea…super disappointed and left a bad taste. Ended up throwing it away and walking out. Will stick to Bubble Love in the farmer’s market. They are consistently good.
Impressed by how awful it was. The boba was so overdone that it was mush and the tea has no flavor apart from sugar. 10/10 straight up nasty.

Love my Vietnamese coffee!!! Staffs were nice and friendly! They have board games. Cute place to hangout.

I usually try to stop here when I'm in the area as they have some quality boba. I have to highlight how quick and friendly the staff always are. In particular one of the employees named Cynthia (hope I spelled that right) has one of the friendliest most welcoming personalities I think I've ever experienced in any retail setting. Seriously you guys need to buy her lunch or something she was AWESOME! The boba is really good, but the friendly team is the cherry on top. 5 stars ?
