So I’ve had a lot of Boba tea in my life, And I recently introduced my partner to Boba tea, so we’ve been trying to find places in Nashville to get it. We’ve been to twoof the Win Bubble Tea‘s here, and out of the two, I like this one more. They’re more topping options particularly when it came to popping bubbles. My partner doesn’t like tapioca so she was able to try something other than lychee this time around.Overall it was really great, and it was nice because I showed my partner why boba is so great. I typically get taro or Matcha or lychee fruit tea, and I think in this case I got taro. It was great, maybe a little sweet. She got the honeydew fruit tea and popping bubbles and it was good too.What’s cool about this chain that I haven’t seen before is that they offer to let you taste test the tea or the drink that you’re getting, and that’s pretty nice especially when you’re new to the whole Boba experience and don’t really know what to get.
The two people working there are always so pleasant and helpful when suggesting new mixes. They always greet anyone entering. This shop is comparable to Publix to other grocery stores. Great customer service there. That’s why we keep going back….it’s rare to find workers in customer service who get to know you.
Great refreshing place. Ladies that assisted my little one and I were just awesome. Service with a smile does not come too often nowadays. My baby loved it. We will be back really soon?

A variety of teas, so many types, flavors and toppings and very accommodating. They explained everything and even gave samples to make sure we liked first. Will definitely recommend and can't wait to go back.
