First time trying White Castle on 06/05/22 around 1:30. The young lady that was the cashier was extremely nice. I’ll give her a 5 star on her services. We ordered the 1921 Sliders but was informed the were out of tomatoes so we were cool with that, asked if we could sub with onions she said they were out but said they had grilled onions and we were cool with that. When informed the lady that was making food (Shift Leader I think) She said “We can’t do that” with a nonchalant attitude. So our sliders were basic. Very disappointing first time. Maybe I’ll try another location next time I’m in town.
Not so great. Our food took forever, and they weren't even busy. When we finally got our burgers and fries and onion rings everything was kind of cold and old tasting. And that was really upsetting because I grew up with White Castle and it's one of my favorite places to eat. We sat down to eat and realized we had not gotten our milkshakes, also the machine was broken so we could only have vanilla milkshakes, no chocolate milkshakes ugh ???. Anyhow it had been about 15 minutes and finally we had to go to the counter and show our receipts because the lady didn't remember that we had just spoken to her when we ordered our food 15 minutes earlier. This was not a great experience I really love White Castle I definitely will try a different White Castle the next time. Thanks.
Came specifically to get the Impossible sliders. Came through the drive thru— the woman at the speaker box was rude and not very communicative. We asked about the Impossible sliders, and she said they wouldn’t serve them to us because the grill wasn’t clean. Asked if they would be cleaning it soon (we were willing to wait). She said they wouldn’t be cleaning it at all. It made us sad cause we were very excited to have them, but she didn’t really care. It felt like us asking questions was inconvenient. In the end we left with nothing. Very poor customer service.
I make it a point to visit White Castle whenever I'm in the area. I'm from Memphis and the closest restaurant we have to the sliders from white Castle is Krystals. White Castle is SO much better. The food was fresh, service was mediocre but that is expected from most fast food. If you're ever in the area you should grab a sackful of sliders and chicken rings.
It was ok. My so-called seasoned burgers were extremely underseasoned.Fries were hot though. Dining area was dirty, tables were not cleaned and no condiments unless you ask.
Clean place friendly employees small burgers I got to eat like 10 or 12.. hamburgers have holes in them so you're not paying for all the meat I don't know why they do that I think it's so it'll hold the onions or the cheese.. really good friends though as long as they don't recook them.
1 girl had to help out on both registers. And she wasn't even the manager . Food was good but I was shorted an order . I wanted to buy a shirt. There weren't any . And the girl wasn't sure if they sold shirts . But I loved white castle when I was a kid in NY
Let's be honest it's not the greatest food but it does help with a craving. The food was decent for white castle. Service was great they got us in and out in no time.
My daughter and i drove here today from Roswell Ga. We are Originally from Chicago. And as you know there are no White Castles in the South. Anyway after 3 1/2 hours here we are. And totally worth it
Food ok, but I had to shuffle my kids out because of the language in the music played. As I took the toddler back in to use restroom before getting back on the road, I noticed the smell was different & there were signs of drug use in the bathroom. Good food, but only suggest drive through.
