The first time we came to the White Bison Cafe, the coffee was great and so was the food. We decided to come back the rest of the week. On our last day going, the works changed and the food was still a little cold and they forgot to add the extra stuff we asked for to our coffee. But it’s not a bad place just wish the other works would put a little more care into our orders. Overall, I highly recommend it.
Very nice loft seating area. I had a hot chia tea latte with almond milk and only two pumps of the flavoring (to keep the carbs lower). It was delicious.
As someone who lives in the nations, white bison is the best spot. Consistently great coffee, great fast service, and the pastries are surprisingly amazing. The chocolate hazelnut croissant is my favorite.

The atmosphere in this place is welcoming, quiet, and very comfortable. This coffee shop has amazing coffee and food for all tastes. It even offers beer for you to enjoy inside or in their outside patio. If you’re looking for a quiet and nice place to hang out and relax, this is the place to go. Oh, and it’s open until 9 pm!Disclaimer: On Reddit people have mentioned that this is a corporate owned business and not to support it in exchange for local roasters. Then again, so it’s Starbucks and this place is less expensive and busy.

So this particular White Bison is so close to my new house I thought I’d give it a try. I fell in love with the White Bison that was located inside a gas station near my old stomping grounds so I thought this one would be just as good! The two employees didn’t seem very interested in being at work this day and weren’t very friendly. I was used to the gas station White Bison employees being so helpful and friendly, so this was quite the change. Anyway, onto the coffee - I ordered what I normally do and the baristas realized she made it wrong so she dumped it out - not a problem I thought. She remade it and I later realized she didn’t bother refreshing the coffee grounds… so it’s no wonder my drink tasted like pure vanilla sugar water. :(Luckily there’s a mom & pop coffee shop a block or two away from this location so I’ll be checking them out instead.
Great place to grab coffee, work, or meet up with friends. They have high chairs too for the little ones!
Kara, my barista, is amazing. She always helps me find the perfect drink & is great at recommending things to eat! I love her & this place!
