The service I have gotten after 8pm is nothing to bring me back. I would take Wendy's burgers and nuggets over any fast food establishment. The service I have received the last 3 visits is not on top of their game at all. When they make a mistake the management does not want to believe they actually did make one or even two mistakes on one $25 order. I even drove back to get the food that was left out and get my burger made correctly. I didn't get a receipt this last visit. Did I say last visit . Yes this is my last visit to Wendy's on Donelson Pk. I do not recommend drive thru service, if you have to have check everything in your bag
The service was great the chocolate frosty was delicious but the JBC and double stack sandwiches were not up to par the beef looked dried and old and the whole sandwich was just a dry sandwich like with no mayo or anything on it. But those fries were hot and fresh just like the commercial!
Messed up my chicken sandwich; I asked for lettuce, tomato, and ketchup, and I got lettuce and mayo. Besides that, the fries were good.
This is the worst Wendy’s in Nashville there is 8 people working inside and the line is out to the street. How hard is it to make burgers and fries??♂️‼️ Two working six cheerleaders ?
Ordered a salad and chili beans. Everything was wonderful and delicious. Will eat here again. Close to our hotel.
The Manager here is the most Professional Manager in the World ?. I tried to go in, because my van is too tall for Drive ? Through, but the doors ? were locked. So I went around and told him I ordered on The App. He indicated that he didn't have enough workers to Open the doors. Got my meal and noticed when I drove off I had a small Fry ? instead of a Large Fry, he made it right instantly. The way he handled it and most of all his attitude made me feel like he cared. See, I was ticked, because the App said go to The Counter to pick up, but I couldn't get in, then my van wouldn't fit being 9'6" tall. So, when I went around to the window, he must have saw my face, then when I came back around for the Fry something. He wasn't about himself, but the customer. His total focus was on me, so I couldn't get mad, he just made it right without A Question. But again it was a Spirit about him that couldn't be shaken, that you can't teach, a mannerism like Keanu Reeves, that was impressive, a care and concern like JESUS.
Supposed to be open at 6 am. Good luck with that. Last time I tried, their delivery truck was parked in the drive-thru. I work medical and have to work long shifts. I try to get breakfast so I can function. No time to mess around with a place that may or may not be open on a given day. Pretty good food, though.
Even though they accidentally gave us an extra combo worth of food. It would have been a lot better if it was fresh. I have had worse
So kind and nice right after our flight back. So happy to hear Tennessee voices and kindness. Shout out to late shift working hard for those in need of friendly faces.
Slow. Taking 1 order at a time. Not thorough in making sure order is accurate. Good thing i had a spoon for my chili. Very dissapointed
