This place was hard to rate! The staff get a 10. They were so nice! I am not a hamburger fan (my family is) but I would give the classic burger a 4. I would have given it a 5 if it only had 1 patty. The milkshakes though...1...I've never had a gross milkshake before! We had 4 different flavors in my family, I tasted them all. Super gross after taste like burned plastic. I was wondering if it was the flavoring they use? Of the 5 milkshakes, only 1 person liked it and was able to finish.
My first time here and I'll definitely be back! I got the Big Easy and it was absolutely delicious! The burger was so tender, my teeth sunk right into it and the flavor was perfect! I ordered onion rings and they were some of the best onion rings I've had, they were hot and fresh! Yasser was very friendly and helpful, he cooked everything fresh right in front of me! Thanks! And not to mention the mudslide milkshake was incredible!
This is an absolute gem of a hamburger spot. If you haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and check out their many locations, all over the world! It may have been the most delicious hamburger I've eaten in quite some time, and the service at the West Nashville location was excellent. I can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu!
Me and my fiance's first time having this place and I can say that the burgers were excellent ?! The burgers were freshly made 2 order. The smells and the sizzle from the burger press. Was 1 to excite the senses. True potato fries cooked 2 a golden crisp ?. & the gentlemen working by himself on shift was attentive. He even stopped what he was doing to bring everyone their food. Cook,cashier and a waiter. Your staff deserve raises!!
Some of the Diner/Dairy Dip style food I've had. I LOVE a good Strawberry Milkshake and I definitely LOVE a good basket of Tater Tots! I want to taste more of their delicious food. Will most definitely be back.
Omg I Came Here and Got an amazing experience ? I had to ask the young lady what was her name ! YASMINE did an amazing job taking care a big group ! She was so calm and never got frustrated ! Customer service was on point ! I will be back ! Food Was GOOD ?
Wonderful place for a sumptuous lunch or delicious dinner.Their shakes are freaking delicious and so are ? fries. I tried cafe mocha flavor .Will return next time for an impossible burger ?.Clean ,friendly and helpful staff .They follow all food safety and pandemic protocols well.
Fantastic burgers. The owner here is very nice and will go the extra mile to make customers have a positive experience. If they're busy, they may ask you to order on the app to speed up the process. It's worth any kind of wait though.
The two guys working here (I think the franchise owners?) were SO lovely and welcoming. I don’t really expect anyone to go about and beyond in a burger place and they were the sweetest people. Not only was the food great but their attitudes and care for every customer was so apparent. They checked on us, suggested items, everything was great. Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing....this place puts any other burger place I've had to shame!! Cooked perfect juicy meat and the Mac and cheese bites you better just order 2 orders they're that good!!! 10/10
