Excellent!Stopped in after doctor's appt. We were greeted by Leann who turned out to be our server. She was friendly, professional and efficient. I went to bathroom which was very clean. This particular WaffleHouse was larger than most. I observed regular customers come in and were greeted by name. I am really impressed with this WafflHouse and oh yeah, the food was good! 10⭐if I could?
Terrible, everything was dirty, the girl lost in the order because I do not write on the invoice but on a separate sheet, the place was made a disgust. It hurts that I was working and needed to eat something, but not even like in that waffle. Pay more attention MANAGER IS URGENT
Always love the Texas Bacon Lovers BLT! Took it home and warmed it up in the toaster oven. My waffle was barely cooked but nothing a little toaster couldn't fix. The girl who took our order and checked us out was very sweet.
Table was dirty, had to ask server to clean the table. Our eggs came out about 10 minutes before the rest. A fly kept driving me crazy, so I ask the man if he could kill the fly he said "what with". The place was just very nasty. Floors, tables, the whole restaurant. I will not be back to the Waffle House in Columbia Tn again.
food was fast BUT having worked food service before, I noticed they were not using the ice scoop to fillup drink cups.. they were using the cups themselves with their bare hands in the ice bin. nasty. cross contamination.for those that say “but its the waffle house” NO- that response doesnt hold water. we are regulars at the Franklin waffle house and have NEVER seen that there…
Food was good but paying $10 for a sausage and egg bowl is too much. Guess I'll stay home next time.
Not good staff was lazy food was over cooked shay was lazy never got off her phone or out of her seat to take our order it was like we were a inconvenience to her because we came in for service shay and the cook obviously didn't get along he yelled at her 3x to please come and get the food together but she was so into her phone she wasn't hearing him then she got up finally used her dirty phone hands to put the tops on my food and fix my bags up. Shay was sooooo rude. I hope this type of employee isn't representative of the waffle houses values..
Amy was our server and she was excellent. Definitely a five star server. Our food was top notch
First time I ate at this be resteraunt. The hamburger was a little dry but the hash browns were off tasting. Hard to explain. I put onion's in them but just couldn't force myself to eat them even with ketchup. The staff was ??
