When I am on the road after hours of driving I always look for a Waffle House. Good food that satisfies! The cook was a nice gentleman managing a bunch of orders at the same time. While he was doing that he also managed to do some chitchatting with customers and also take orders from people seated near the cooking area.

Visiting from Minnesota and had great service! They recommended the gravy on top of my sausage egg and cheese bowl and it was amazing!

Fast, friendly service and the Blueberry & Pecan Waffles were great! Thanks to the staff for being available so we could enjoy a great breakfast far from home :)

After being turned away from a different Waffle House, this location made up for it. The two ladies working were so friendly even at 1 AM! They worked together wonderfully and we received our food very quickly! I would definitely recommend this location!

This place was great! It was really late at night and me and my family were hungry and the other one on Elm Hill Pike was closed and fortunately so I had to Uber driver take me to Donaldson play the waitress was very nice and even though it was closing time for the end they were ready to take my order and we're very helpful! Also the food was really delicious exactly as we were hoping for and just had a wonderful overall experience! Thank you Waffle House Donelson Pike God bless you all

On the night of March 16 around midnight the 2 workers impressively handled a large number of customers, including my husband and me. Both workers were clearly very good at their jobs and worked fast. I noticed the cook change his gloves very often, and the communication between the order taker and cook was fantastic. Our food was waffles, a sandwich, American breakfast, and everything was piping hot even after 10 min drive to hotel and getting checked in. The to go containers were great quality. We'll be back!

Folks just look at the grits dirty old grits milk worms larvae . This is not black pepper. They just didn’t wash the grits before cooking . Had the All star breakfast waffle was good eggs was good I drop one sausage on the table. And couldn’t eat it burnt hash Browns . No Refill on the coffee.

The waffles are delicious, staff was friendly and helpful. I ate grits for the first time here and was good. Every Waffle House is different, but did not have a bad experience at any of them. Wish we had one here in western Washington.

Sign in window stated “To Go only 9pm - 7am”, which I get due to staffing issues. However, at 8:17am i walk in and instead of the usual welcome, I’m told we’re To Go only. To make sure I read it right I turned to go check the sign and the server says condescendingly, “Have a nice day”. Instead of getting into a battle of wits and wasting both our time, I said you may want to change your sign because it says 9p-7am. So the cook chimes in and hollers “we only have one server!”.I go exactly a half mile to the Elm Hill location and the parking lot is full, they greet me as usual and are fully staffed. Friendly. Happy. Clean. You might want to figure out how and why a store that is off the beaten path is getting more business and no staffing issues opposed to your store that sits 500 feet off I-40 AND half a mile from the Nashville airport offers an experience like you did today.

Well me and my friends were coming home from Broadway back to our hotel, learned that waffle house is closing. Didn't even know this was legal. Overall very disappointed with this place. And there was at least 20 other people that feel the same way as me and my friends do.
