It probably doesn't help that I used to work retail. It was an automatic rule that the minute a customer walked into the building we, the employees, had all of them seconds to greet them.With that being said, we were never greeted. Not only didn't anyone acknowledge us. We sat waiting to be seated, because tables/ booths weren't cleaned, for at least 10 minutes only to have other customers seated before us.I had to go to the register to ask why people were being seated before us and was told the customers seat as they please. Had they done their job the correct way, this information would have been known when first entering the building.
A one star is too good for this "business". My son and I arrived, excited for waffles. Sat at the breakfast counter and were promptly ignored. Waited 5 minutes, sill ignored. Left as no service was coming. Horrible start to my 60th birthday.
Love this location!! The service is always exceptional! The waitresses are always so kind and nice! It’s my little sisters favorite place to go when she’s craving chocolate waffles!!
Love this place! Food was good and served up fast! I just Don't like that you can't sit down and eat after a late night on the town anymore.
I came in to place a to go order and stood at the register for 15 minutes while the person taking the orders did everything else. I was then told by the person taking orders that “to go” orders are not their priority.

I love this location!! The service is always great, they always have great attitudes and smiles! This is the only waffle House that will make my omelette with no grease thank you guys!! Keep up the great work
The cook and waitress wanted to fight before I even got serve.I want to let the pools at the pool after breakfast and heard them again arguing again. I almost missed a fight!Food was good. Service was horrible. Entertainment was excellent!
The food is good. My issue lies with getting something from there late at night. Essentially they can't keep the place properly staffed and this has been an issue for a couple of years. Even being able to get something is hit or miss as half the time I pull up and the one person in there signals that they are closed or the doors are locked. I'm a patient person and my rating is to get the attention of corporate. You have two options. Either hire quality staff or simply close for after hours times. You don't do that much business that late at night anyway.
Me & my girl had been on the road for a little over 5 hours and had just got checked in to the hotel and came over to get a bite to eat and there was absolutely no one in the place besides the cook who said he had just got there, the place was trashed and he said that he had no food out to be able to cook could we come back in 15 to 20 minutes then he would have stuff ready to cook or we could call in our order, so we left and found a different location ordered our food and came back to the hotel. Will not eat here or come back to this location
